1st and last. We went there wanting to try new things. we had to seat ourselves.Table was not wiped and clean. I picked up a child booster seat for my Grandson and liquid flowed out of it on my feet and the floor. I went to the make shift waitress station and grabbed a handful of napkins. I was concerned someone would slip. went to clean it up and told who was to be our waitress be careful as she came up. told her what had happened and her reply was "That happens" and gave me more for the mess I was cleaning. No thank you No I am sorry. No can I get you something to clean yourself up. We ordered . Had really good soup..and our meal came. I ordered Liver and onions w/ bacon. No love and thought at all. it was burnt bacon and not so fresh thin and small liver covered by a warmish gravy that was chunky. My Husbands broiled flounder was super thin and over cooked a well and with no taste.it crumbled literally not flaked.My Grandsons spag and meatball.....was over cooked. I asked for the sauce on the side and it came as I asked. But the pasta was crunchy the meatball was dry ..we took 3 bites of it and paid our check and just left. While we were there People came in and out for Ice cream. Maybe thats their Nitch idk we didnt try any.

Sorry for the poor rating but since I was never able to go in and see how the place was and will base my rating on what I saw I can only hope that my concerns can be addressed by staff. The reason I was there was that with the bad economy the past 7 years I have been driving a school bus since there is a lot more demand for school bus drivers that there is for carpenters. Today I drove a group of kids there for the first time ever and so I was not totally certain just how to get in there as I had looked at Google maps a couple hours earlier and going by memory. I had thought there might be signs somewhere but there were none till I got to the building. When I pulled in I was fortunate that there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot so I was at least able to pull across several spots to let the kids off in a safe manner. If there was a place to park that was close enough so I could go in to the building and air conditioning where I could park a bus it was not made known to me. Fortunately there are a lot of shopping centers in the area but I for one am done with shopping after an hour or so. Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful to the business in knowing how they can improve.

Party hostess was rude , didnt smile once and not patient with the kids, they were well behaved, too. Just not thrilled with any of the employees customer service skills. Everyone looks miserable & they are impatient with kids at the ticket counter. I stood at the check in counter for 2+ mins while the 2 young kids behind the counter finished talking about their argument on Facebook over a boy. Come on now, they saw me there, and just continued after Im spending $350+ on a party!!! Very unprofessional. My kid & guests had fun. Work on customer service & attitudes and we will recommend, until then NO.

Have been bringing my son here for 5 years. Its a great place for kids to burn off rainy day blues on the climbing area and ball park, and the video gaming is age-appropriate. The staff is a bit young and distracted, but Im fairly certain theyre getting paid less than babysitting wage. Just be clear about your needs and all should be well. Doesnt hurt to be ready to play yourself - your kids will love it (unless theyre here with friends). Be prepared to spend from $30-60. Food bar is eh. Id get pretzels then eat elsewhere.

Why do I hate this place ! Well first I won 300 tickets and I went to cash them in and they say I only have 75 tickets well I saw what I saw so he says he couldnt do anything about it! Another thing they said they had Bummer cars and they didnt! I went here for my little cousins birthday party and shes 5 and she had no fun! Worst employees to! Snotty and rude ! Oasis employees thank you for making my little cousins sad! Plus I spent $20.00 and got nothing you can win more stuff at a carnival then that place !!!!

Clean, spacious and helpful staff. Pricing is good for entry into the different areas. You can pay for certain areas or buy a vip pass for all areas. The video games pricing is out of control. Minimum of a dollar per play. Bought each of my kids cards to use with $20 dollars on each. You get a bonus of $5 for buying $20. They ripped through them in under 20 minutes. Way too pricey for me.

We took our two daughters age 2.5 and 4.5 and there was an awesome playground with a 3 story twisty slide. I was able to relax and let the kids run around without fear of them getting lost. Looked like there were lots of video games and other activities for older kids as well. We will definitely come back again.

Management is very rude, not flexible at all. No flexibility for outside food, even for few exceptional cases. They assured me a spot, and next day they called me to say the spot is gone already. Avoid if possible, there are several good places around where you kid can get a better treatment on his special day ..

Great place for kids, especially outgoing energetic kids. Food here is predictably diabetic/obestity hot spot, not sure why they bother to be honest, who eats that crap still? Worse, who lets their kids eat so poorly?! However, the playground alone is outstanding, my kid loves it, just eat before/after.

Ive been here twice with my nephew for birthday parties and he absolutely loves this place! There is so much for him to do that he never gets bored yet the building isnt so big that I could lose him. If you need a place for a rainy day activity or a birthday party, check Oasis out!

We like the basketball trampoline but hated how much money for the only 2 people and how they only put 5 dollars on your card when we payed 25$ for the VIP pass, which is not fun for us. I do not recommend this place for parties or just individual

Prices for the playground could be a couple of dollars less. The arcade machines are expensive but I guess nowadays thats everywhere. Kids love this place. There is plenty to do for them. It can get a little too crowded on the weekends.

Joe the manager was awesome, the guy never stopped working while we there and even helped us twice when the machine had a glitch. Me and my always have a great but we won Toto today and the staff is just as spectacular as Joe!

You end up spending a lot of money bc the games dont last very long and theyre mostly $1-$3 each. BUT, if you have extra money to spend, the kids have fun and the games are kind of fun. My son and I love the mini bowling.
