Went here this past Sunday 8/27/17with my two grandsons . Walked in around 1pm there were two teenagers and male and female sitting behind the counter on the left and never looked up. We walked to the batting cages up and down the aisle looking to see which cage they wanted to use. No one approached us another teenage male walked past me and smiled but didnt ask if we needed help. Walked into the room with all the gloves and bats there was a young lady sitting on the counter behind the refreshments counter I said hello she said hello back but never asked if we needed help then she disappeared. We walked out into the lobby and still no one asked if we needed help. We were there at least 20 minutes. So we left and went to Tees and had a good time I will not be going back to Grand Slam.

We arrived at noon, signed up and paid for laser tag at 2:30 and 2:45 game times, then left and returned at 2:15. Then we were told that they couldnt let us play because they had moved all their parties down into our 2 game slots. Only bright spot was the no-hassle refund, but frustrating to plan your day around a reservation, drive there twice, and get bumped off the list... I asked my three boys how many stars to give, and it was a unanimous 1.

If you like long waits and bickering parents this is the place for you. A) Too many kids for available machines (Mar 14). B) Sign-up/wait-your-turn system doesnt work ... C) ... Parents stepping over themselves to make sure their kid gets an 18 ball turn. D) Management is clueless or could care-less about the customer experience ... Lucky for the owners they do not have much competition. The coins keep dropping.

Went over there last weekend. Of the 3 cages which could pitch softballs, one was completely out of order, one had a broken pitch height adjuster, and the third one was jamming after every half dozen pitches or so. They still get a 3 rating because the staff were very nice and replaced the tokens for the times the machine jammed. But, they really need to repair or replace their machines.

I took my kids here to get out of the heat but it was hotter inside than out. I was told that the A/C was broke for over 2 weeks. The place was awesome inside and my kids could really have had a blast but the heat was so bad I was sweating like a pig and got sick to my stomach.

Have you ever watched cartoons and seen a warehouse full of bounce houses that ends up being a rape dungeon? This place is a lot like those. Very rapey vibe. Dont go here unless you want to feel like youre about to get raped.

Awesome fun. Indoor batting cages, mini golf, laser tag, and more. Great spot for kids birthday parties or just a fun night out with the family.
