The wonderful Friday Salsa dance after the show is free to those attending the show and $5 for just the dance. Its a comfortable and popular introduction to Salsa in Pittsburgh, having been run since 2008 by Jeff and Coleen Shirley with much dedication. They rotate DJs, the stage has good acoustics, and the floor is appropriate for leather street shoes. Stay and watch or participate in the free lesson!

Cabaret is a nice place for beginners, as the music is slow and low energy, good for beginners, boring to most. If you are more experienced it would not be the right place for you, higher energy music would be a better fit for you.

This was my first visit to this venue. It was a totally wonderful experience. The ambiance is excellent and the theater is beautiful. there is not a bad seat in the house. Im looking forward to my next experience here.
