Id rather pay $15 a ticket at any other theater. We were trying to buy tickets for their 7pm and 9:30pm showing around 2pm. We tried to buy tickets ahead of the showing and were told wed have to wait until the previous showings ticket sales had ceased. The attendant promptly closed her window without taking my sale to hold a discussion with her manager who appeared to be as much of a sour puss as the attendant. All I was trying to do was give you my money. What company doesnt want a customers money? From now on well gladly drive to State College or Lycoming Mall for movies and pay a little extra for service that is actually acceptable.

I think its horrible for someone to pan this theatre. I commend them for sustaining the beauty and grandeur of the big theatres from long ago! On that merit alone, they deserve high marks. I have also never been there with conditions being that dreadful. All you find now are austere megaplex theatres that might have "all the latest," but are merely cinder blocks.

Its an okay place if your bored in the area and would like to watch a new movie. Snacks are normal theater prices, Ticket prices are cheaper than most cities, the floors, and bathrooms are usually clean. 3D movies play here at times, good place for kids, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older for R rated movies.

Love the history of this theater. Its small but clean, and showing what we wanted to watch. The seats reclined a bit too much for my personal comfort. I have back issues so they lost a star from me because of that. I would prefer if you could select your seating position.

The main large theater is complete crap. The video and audio was the same as if were watching a cam rip. Colors are washed out, dialogue almost inaudible, just a completely unwatchable. You could get a better quality movie by downloading it illegally.

This historic theater is beautiful, make sure you check out the beautiful artwork in theater 1. It is stunning. Lots of time went into the restoration of these artworks. Great value for tickets. Concessions as you would expect.

I am handicap and ride a scooter, they are very kind and helpful . It is a cheap matinee since no transportation for scootered handicap to other movie theaters. I still go there even if I had a way to others. GREAT PLACE!!!

The Rox is the best thing in lock Haven! Great old style theater, nice polite staff, fully stocked concession stand, and the movies cost a fraction of what the chains charge! Support local businesses!!!!!!

The Roxy is a great and historic place to visit and watch movies. They have recently updated the theater to include 3D movies and they now take credit cards as payment.
