iam a long time regal customer my family and I average about 6 movies a month and always had a nice pleasant experience.and we enjoy seeing movies at your theatre. I recently received an email containing an invitation to see a premier of atomic blonde on July 5th at 7pm I live 20 minutes from the theatre so left work early headed home and then to the theatre I spent 45 minutes in traffic on the blue route and got the theatre at 645pm waited in a long line at the ticket window when I got to the window I was told to take my printed email to the ticket taker again I waited in line for almost 10 mins only to be told the premier was filled it was first come first served I was told to leave my paper work on the table next to the ticket box and someone would be emailing me!! Then I was told by a regal employee that really sucks for me!! The manger was rude and loud and told me nothing could be done regal was hosting this !!! And that I was more than welcome to go to the box office and purchase tickets to see another movie!!!! This was really inappropriate and unprofessional there were quite a few other people who were turned away and treated this way I was shocked this is the first unpleasant experience Ive had in this theater I understand first come first serve but there we no indications of this in the email and why would you give more passes then can be accommodated ? This was a very unpleasant disappointing experience!!!!!

Merry Christmas...... Used a Gift Card to go to the this theater to see Star Wars, the Force Awakens ..... Great great movie. 10AM showing.... HOWEVER I was dressed very appropriately for the outside weather..... let me begin. I even had a sweater on and I am usually hot when I wear a sweater. I was so COLD inside the movie theater IMAX, that I found myself sitting on my hands to warm them up. Totally Totally unacceptable. We went over to the mall to eat and it bothered me so much I called the theater, which is not an easy thing to do with all the menus you have to go through to get to a manager. I spoke to a women, who only after I asked identified herself as LINDA. She seemed hardly interested and rushed me off the phone. She did admit that it should not have been so cold in there and said she would do something about it. Well too late for me, the movie experience that day was ruined big time. I have loved going to King Of Prussia to the movies, however this will surely make me think twice........next time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is definitely one of, if not THE most expensive movie theaters in the Philadelphia area. That said, it does have the best IMAX screen in the area, the Franklin Institutes domed screen not included as it is not personally recommended for theatrical releases. We went during the busiest weekend of the year, had already purchased our tickets online and it still took quite a while to get through the ticket takers line. Theater was clean, bathrooms were clean, and its expensive so I wouldnt recommend it for a standard 2D showing, but if you want and IMAX 3D experience, this is the best place in the area to go.

I had gone there later in the night with some friends to see a movie and when I woke the next morning I realized I had lost my wallet. I then called the theater only to remain on hold for ten minutes then hung up and called again and put on hold for five minutes then called a third time and finally got a hold of someone they told me to call back later so I did and got a hold of an extremely condescending woman who asked me where I sat exactly and when I replied I didnt recall told me that she could not help me and that I would have to come in (a 30 min drive mind you) to search for it myself

Regal needs to seriously get their acts together and employees trained properly. No child should have to apologize for being disabled. And their employee handled their familys situation poorly, siding with the couple who should be named and shamed, who would not move from the handicapped section even though they were not claiming they hadont this spots. Those spots should be handled like handicapped parking spots and used only for those who need them. Shame on those people. They were heartless. And shame on the theater for allowing that beahvior.

Describe my experience huh... I wasnt there.. But guess who was... My son and daughter !! The hospital called and said the screen fell on them and exploded ! I went to the hospital to see what happened and the doctor said in exact words "Go to the movies to feel better before I tell you what happened to get the worries off youre chest" Well guess what.. I went to this movie theater that my son and daughter got hurt by.. And the screen fell on me.... I eventually went in a coma for 10 years and Im here to review how bad this place is.

Prices have gone up again, paid 22 for 2 small drinks, 1 candy and 1 small popcorn. I had to make a special request to top off the popcorn because the bag was only 3 quarters full. The projected image seemed blury or slightly distorted. Unless you have to see it on the big screen or IMAX/RPX or 3D or one of their rare 70mm film showing (The Hateful Eight / Dunkirk), dont waste your money. Wait and watch it at home. Use the money you saved to get a bigger tv or better sound. If cant resist going buy some discount tickets like I did.

The theater itself is great and the staff that collect your tickets, awesome. However, they are completely understaffed. 3 out of 5 times Ive gone there in the last year the lines are bad and the staff blows. And impossible to reach via phone. The employees hang up or put you on hold for an eternity. And forget the idea of getting in touch with a manager...non-existent. If the UA would get their act together maybe the employees wouldnt be so incompetent. AND answer the PHONE.

Watch IMAX and RPX movies(which stands for Regal Premium Experience, which is supposed to have better picture and sound quality than IMAX) but I prefer the regular chairs and the RPX theater screen is no way any larger than the IMAX screen that they have here. The theater is clean and the people are friendly. Close to a lot of restaurant options Bahama Breeze, Champps Americana and other resturants close to the King of Prussia Mall. Definitely, my preferred movie theater.

Disgraceful way that a 6 year old cancer victim was treated by the staff there the other day. Kayla would not assist the family in removing the individuals who were seated in the handicapped area so they with their wheelchair dependent child could sit there. The reason your staff gave : well they were here first . UNBELIEVABLE! This event has been shared with the corporate headquarters and the local news media. You violated his rights. Shameful

I wanted to see "Split" at 2:10 today. I was informed I would have to pay an extra $11.00 because this movie was being shown with better seating and better sound. So instead of upgrading your theater for everyone to enjoy you are rehabbing one theater and making people pay more for it? Its not even in IMAX! I am done with KOP. This seems to always happen. They gouge you for everything they can to see a movie. This is why people are staying home.
