Terrible service tonight half of the staffs is sleeping including the manager... Can I ask what the problem was? Your staff could not find the waiver form for all 4 of my kids after I signed up two times, wasting 20+ minutes. They were all so rude, unprofessional and not apologetic. The manager was so rude as well and just told the girl to tell us to just re-do the waiver without saying sorry. I asked the receptionist what happened with our name and why she couldnt find our name. Her response was I dont know because we have a lot of your last name in the system then she turned away without saying sorry. After we got our stickers I turned around and they were all laughing and thought it was joke. Thats what made me more upset then anything...no respect for their customers and zero concept of customer service. I have been to sky zone many times and this is the last time I will bring my kids or refer people to go there...Also by the way you respond back just now, without apologizing, I can see why your employees behave the way they do. You all should go get customer services training and learn how to say sorry or maybe you need to look at your system and fix it then Maybe sky zone can be better place to be in the near future.

Terrible birthday party for our 6 year-old grandson. They lost some of his gifts! They made us turn in his gifts and said they would bring them to the party room where the birthday boy could open them, but not true! We were allowed 42 minutes in the party room to take pictures, have pizza and drinks and eat cake. As we were escorted out, the gifts arrived in a large plastic bag for us to take home. We had to sit in the snack bar to open them and found some missing. Our grandson got them over a week later on some random day, long after his party; we never got to see him open them. If we had not insisted, we would never have known they were missing. I left our number and called them after we got home to ask if they found our missing gifts. They said someone would call me back but no call, no apology. Its simply jumping and jumping...the kids over 8 were bored in 15 minutes. I agree about blaring urban music, street language lyrics, inappropriate for young children. We wont be back.

Overall skyzone glen mills is a great place for fun and excersise. I always enjoy my two hours there. But I would like to say that when dodgeball is played arguments and disgreements are inevitable. With the ages for group C ranging from 11-15 kids are going to be hit. Its dodgeball, parents need to understand that they are putting there kids on the courts. I am 15 and I was baraded by parents with the wrong facts. I was also yelled at by the manager who was informed after by the court monitor that I was doing nothing wrong. I would like to see a change in the communication between staff. Parents do not have the right to yell or patrinize a child of 15 for playing the game. I dont go to skyzone to hit kids under my age, I go to have fun and I was extremly agrivated by the way the situation was handled. Thank You. And again I will always go to skyzone it is an amazing experience and I do not want to discourage anyone from not sharing in the experience. -Spencer Piercey

Came from out of town to visit and took our children here. The place was clean and the equipment was fun but between the hip hop jungle music and the inner city thugs gawking at every females rear end we felt extremely out of place. My family and I felt like we were in a very predator like atmosphere. I dont tolerate my children listening to music advocating degenerate sex, hoes, blunts, etc and I certainly dont like the idea of having to pay at a place for my children to have to hear it.

I came here with my best friends and had an amazing time! The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. It was my first time here and they went above and beyond to welcome me and show me around. I ended up returning for a skyfitness class that I was informed about while getting my tickets and that was amazing as well. Ive never sweat so much and the next day i felt so sore in my legs and core. definitely an all around great experience!

Terrible customer service, they have kids working there who have rude manners. One kid named Jason spoke horribly to myself & children. This place only has 1 thing for toddlers to do, Jump up & down in one 4x6 section by themselves. Too many rules in a place where kids are suppose to be able to run free.

The staff did not inforce rules during dodge ball and let people stay in if they were hit a large percentage of the time. This really ruined my FIRST experience to Sky Zone. I paid a lot of $ for 3 hours of Sky Zone time and had to leave due to the immature and disrespectful staff!!

Trampoline and parcore (?) for all ages! Birthday rooms for the kiddies with a variety of different packages, also separate concession area with decent seating. Also great D.J. and lighting system including glow in the dark. Large open area upstairs for non-jumpers. Good times!!

If you ready for a different kind of fun, come here. Its great to bring a date, your kids, a friend, or just to have fun. My only complaint is that this location isnt bigger to accommodate more trampoline activities. Personally, I like the basketball dunk section.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The management couldnt act like they cared less about our ticket mishap and would not work with us to come up with a solution. I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT DUE TO LACK OF RESPECT FROM MANAGEMENT.

I HATE THIS PLACE DOENT LET YOUR KIDS COME THEY ARE STRICT I MEAN STRICT YOUR NOT ALOUD TO EVEN DO FLIPS AND YOUR NOT ALOUD TO TOUCH THE FOAM PIT AND THE FOOD WAS SOAKED IN GREESE AND I GOT SICK FROM EATING THE FOOD DOENT COME TRUST ME. GO TO NEWARK

Whats better than kids and trampolines? More trampolines? And trampoline dodgeball. And trampoline flips into a pit of soft foam. And Trampolines. This is a big birthday spot for kids so weekends get a little crazy, but youre not jumping. Are you?

Amazing facility and fun staff. Skyzone is a franchise that has their stuff together. I recommend 1 hour jump time on weekends as there can be a couple minute wait for basketball and the foam pits. That adds up after 5-10 tries.

Too many rules. he was too small for this jumping area???....too big for this one? . son is 11. 70 lbs. couldnt jump with his 13 yr old cousin on his birthday. go to oaks much better experience. Glen mills is not worth the money.

A great time for kids of all ages. Only drawbacks, It is a bit pricey for a large family and they have mixed aged groups jumping at same time. If you go during the day, they have some age specific "toddler jumps".
