This store given that its owners ran the previous store in the Cressona Mall, should never be trusted for ANY live animal purchase. The employees/owners have the pets living in horrendous conditions ie. unclean cages/displays walking around in their own feces. On Easter of last year I pratically had to threaten to call the SPCA and PETA to get the lazy employee to clean out a rabbit cage which had a live rabbit running around in absolutely urine soaked wood chips and its own feces not to mention no food or clean water. Needless to say conditions for these poor animals havent changed much and as far as the owners and employees go hopefully there is a special place in Hades for these losers. Do Not Buy Any Live Animal from these people!!!! With any amount of luck the proper state agemcies will step in and put this horrid place out of buisiness.

It really bothers me that "We luv pets" in cressona does not properly keep their pets. Each of the animals, (especially lizards) have specific habitat requirements that arent being met. They can end up sick, malnourished, or dead. Not to mention they highly over charge, and do not properly contain the animals for resale. For example, putting an anole lizard in a blew up tied plastic bag for a family to transport home. If my crickets cant survive that ride home in a bag, how is a small lizard supposed to? Proper pet stores have a supply of various sized cardboard boxes with air holes to transport animals home. And the staff know nothing about proper care. They give dangerous advice to customers buying a pet.

This is a nice small town pet store. The people are friendly. The displays are nice and i love to see the rabbits,fish,cats & and all the other animals. The fish i have bought are very healthy and living well.
