In the process of planning a wedding & wanted to tour this venue to possibly hold our ceremony and reception. After seeing the photos online, we were very excited to check this place out. It seems to have a very rustic, woodsy vibe which is what we are going for. We scheduled the tour with a gentleman named Andres for 1 oclock. He arrived a few minutes late, which was understandable considering Knausberry is right next door so the traffic was heavier than usual. Regardless, this guy seemed like he did not want to be there whatsoever. The entire tour, which took about 10-15 minutes altogether, felt extremely rushed. He didnt have any pictures or portfolios prepared to give us some sort of an idea of how the day of the wedding would go. He had emailed me the rates prior, but I still expected to talk numbers with him a little more on the day of the tour and I kept having to rattle him w/ questions to get any information out of him. Talking to this guy was like pulling teeth. The venue itself is cute, but it lacked the "wow-factor" for us... also lacks a dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids, as well as a kitchen. Very little privacy since its right on the street. Has potential, and a more enthusiastic employee probably could have sold us a little better had they actually tried, but it just seemed like he was annoyed that he even had to be there giving us the tour. This guy certainly didnt make me feel like they were going to help us in any way on the day of the wedding. Very uncomfortable and awkward tour. Fortunately, we decided to go with another venue that made us feel very well taken care of. In short, The Old Grove is a cute little place for a birthday or something, but if the guy we met with is any representation of the event staff, Id say steer clear of this one for your wedding.

This place was absolutely beautiful. My daughters wedding exceeded my expectations. The entire staff including the vendors provided first class service. Our coordinator Idalia was completely engaged throughout the entire venue. Thank you idalia for all your attention and hard work and taking great care of my princess. You were amazing. I definitely recommend this place. I would give them more than 5 stars. Excellent service.

Just got married here. 5 star experience. Beautiful venue. The owner is not the nicest guy in the world but his venue and team are incredible. Dont get the chicken its a bit dry
