ATTENTION all Possible Sponsors & Marketplace VENDORS. Think before you book dont get robbed by the Sales Team. Miami Dade Youth Fair Marketplace Vendor area hasnt been sold out for the past few years and is lossing many VENDORS due to unethical management being ran by Sira Camillo. Vendors bring in revenue to the fairgrounds and many who have been here at the Marketplace for years are tired of being miss treated. The Marketplace sales department thinks its ok to Charge vendors different prices based on their liking. Some Vendors pay $1000, others pay $5000....hence the reason why they are not sold out. Dont allow them to over charge you. Attendance for the fair has drop significatly this year 2017 & may vendors complained yet were told "too bad"......as a professional business person I contacted the CEO Robert Henstein to setup a meeting to discuss business and express my concern. The CEO Robert tried avoiding me until I showed up to his office and sat patiently and waited for him. He was very ANGERY that I was sitting in his empty waiting room on a Wednesday morning waiting just to have a friendly conversation. Im shocked at the treatment and the management. I have never been so disrespected while trying to conduct business. I WILL NEVER SPONSOR and event with people like Sira Camillo or Robert Henstein who have no management or business ethics. I need to get in contact with board members as I have been treated aweful by the sales/sponser manager Sira & CEO of relations Robert. I have video footage of their improper business conduct and will be forwarding it to news stations. No one should be treated in such a manner. If any board members read this please contact me.

I am NEVER coming back here again! NEVER! Me and my girlfriend thought it would have been great to come here, especially when admission is only $12! Not bad... Except that EVERY single ride isnt free. This is stated nowhere on their website. I walked back to the front and demanded a refund only to be laughed at by the lady in guest relations who said she highly doubts Santas enchanted forest includes all rides with admission and even pulled her phone out to prove me wrong. She felt like an idiot when i was right. She told me to go talk to the front gate supervisor and theres nothing she can do. The front gate supervisor gave me a stupid look and told me theres no way im getting a refund and expected me to walk away. I asked him THREE times who his manager is and he pointed to this other guy. This other guy tells me theres no way Santas admission is $30 and free rides and he insisted that it was $50 at Santas last time he went. I told him I dont care what he thinks, give me my money back! Then he pulls out a stack of complimentary tickets and gives me two with an attitude. I literally grabbed them and walked back into the park. He expected me to leave? Yeah right thanks for the free tickets. The fees per ride were from $3-$10 each per person. For two people it was $24 in admissions + $64 in wristbands to get on all rides + $12 food + $6 in drinks. It costed us $106 for wait hours in line for the same old rides theyve used for the past 40 years.

Illegal activity! Private venue BLOCKED off all disabled spots and forced people with disabled members (even those with wheelchairs) to either drop off the disabled member or park further away because their "lots were full." Upon further inspection of the lot, it was empty and all disabled spots around this quasi-parking lot (on grass) were blocked with cones and when I tried to move one I was harassed by an employee working the event who screamed and got very angry. She claimed the adjacent lot was full even though her boss came by and told her it wasnt. She was abrasive like another member of their staff who earlier gave misinformation about the event saying that theres no such rule in the county that disabled parking is free. I explained that at meters and at events where public disabled parking IS available that they simply cannot charge. Extremely rude and I discussed with a number of other disabled attendees that they were equally harassed into separate parties. Also just to use the restroom they demanded ids so we wouldnt "sneak" in. Easily they could place a security guard but instead this event and location prides itself on harassing its patrons. Will never go to an event here again until the police/city government have resolved this abuse of patrons.

HORRIBLE TRAFFIC! After being in traffic for almost 4 hours (from 6pm-9:50), my partner and I gave up on trying to get in as we would not be able to enjoy the fair anyway since they close at 12am. We also figured there would be huge lines for everything! Still having approximately an hour to hour and a half of waiting time we decided to call the youth fair offices and explain how we had purchased our tickets beforehand at Sedanos and would not be able to use them the following day either as we both had work, the woman on the phone responded incredibly rude and sarcastic saying that traffic was no excuse for not going

Wasnt able to ride all the rides due to horrid lines. But thats ok, because if you pay extra you can go express! Keep in mind if youre going that they start kicking you at at 11:30 pm, they "CLOSE" at 12 am alright. The gates are shut and all the people are out. Youre having a great time with family and friends when literally uniformed police officers form a line and sweep through the park kicking everyone out. Never coming back, Santas Enchanted Forrest hopefully doesnt follow the same downward spiral the Youth Fair is suffering.

Went there with my kids. We all bought the ride wristbands. The rides were a complete disappointment. They had 2 roller coasters but both were broke and werent running. The haunted house only had 2 pop-ups working. Went on the himalayan ride but it only went backwards, not forward and didnt play music. Couldnt go into any of the fun houses because we didnt have closed toe shoes. Rides are very old and broken down. The fair is a waste of time and money.

Great fun for families, rides for all ages, but price is very high. $14 entrance fee and nothings included. Rides are EXPENSIVE and food also, at regular fair prices. Be ready for a couple of hundreds just doing some regular rides and eating just snacks. Rides are purchased not by coupons as past years but individually, so I ended up throwing away $30 when my hubby got tired of rides pretty soon and I had already purchased some for him.

MIAMI DADE COUNTY FAIR 2012 RIPOFF!!! I WENT TODAY, FIRST THERE WAS A LONG WALK FROM THE PARKING AREA, EVERYTHING WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, ON MY WAY BACK TO THE PARKING LOT WHERE I PARKED ALL THE LIGHTS WENT OFF AND IT WAS VERY DARK THAT ME AND MY DAUGHTER WERE SO SCARED. AND WE COULD NOT EVEN SEE, THERE WERE A LOT OF PUDDLES OF WATER, IT WAS VERY CRUEL THAT THEY DID THAT. THEY SHOULD LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON UNTIL EVERYBODY LEAVES.

Horrible experience. Had the pop ticket wrist band on my toddler. Since she takes off the wrist band, I removed it from her wrist to avoid losing it after we were scanned for the dragon ride. The employers Don and Roy with a long tone of voice in front of my kids told me to get out the ride. Never felt so humiliated in front of my kids and got disrespected. I will never recommend anyone to go nor will I ever return.
