First time at cypress cove, and we ended up purchasing a season pass. MY kids are 8 and 6. This place is great. It wasnt over crowded. Lots of space for the kids to splash around. Lots of different pools. My main reason for posting was because of the staff. My kids were walking out of the main pool and my little guy comes up to me, both feet bleeding! The life guard gives us a bandaid. We quickly realize we need more. We just started walking to the first aid station and this young man (maybe management?) named Matt runs towards us. He sits my kiddo down (also named Matt). And bandaged up several toes that were badly pricked by a sharp edge of the main pool. He was so great. Then another man named Thomas was helping him out. Thomas took my kiddos sandals that were soaked in blood and cleaned them up. They cleaned up my son and cleaned the entire area where we were at. I was beyond thrilled at how these two young men handled this situation. As a mom I am used to cuts and scrapes from my kiddos. But these two men jumped right in and started to bandage him up. I will definitely come back! Matt kept apologizing about the rough edges and said how they are going to be fixed tomorrow. Very very impressed with the staff!!!

Just had a my sons birthday party there and wasnt made aware of the issue they had with people cutting their feet/toes after the depth pool was resurfaced recently. It wasnt just the birthday boy that his toes cut but also his three year old brother along with two of his friends. It really was upsetting and frustrating. The staff did what they could to help when kids started bleeding but my three year bled for 15 minutes and was screaming the entire time. After the party we spoke to manager on duty that only reconfirmed what other staff members said about pool being resurfaced. Its sad they dont fix the issue immediately instead of worrying about losing money since the pool would have to close. .

Worst facility ever ! This place doesnt care of your kids get kidnapped! They stoled everything I Owened here , all my money my phone ,kids phones ,credit cards,IDs car keys.the crew cleaned their hands saying they are not responsible for anything stolen inside their "family " facility! They dont have any cameras to track anything. What if kids are kidnapped ?

We enjoy this place alot. Large and lots to do. Water is comfortable not ice cold. We had my daughters Birthday Party there today and the staff is very helpful. Life Guards very alert and fast response. Unfortunately I experienced a small incident and they were great. I would recommend this place both for a fun family day and any kind of party.

Visited here with the cub scout pack and it was so relaxing for me and tons of fun for the boys. The lazy river was definitely my favorite. Theres a lap pool, kiddie area, diving board, main pool area, water slides and lots and lots of lounge chairs. Theres a cafe area. Just bring sunscreen and your towel. Very family friendly

I always enjoy my trips to Cypress Cove. Sure, the slides arent very thrilling but the lazy river is one of the best in the area. All around the park there is a lot of space and you never feel cramped nor does it ever feel too crowded even on the most populated of summer days.

Lifeguards are very good and observant. Great variety for a variety of ages and abilities. That being said, you cannot bring in outside snacks or drinks. Also, the park is a little pricey if you are not going to be there for at least 3 hours (if not a season pass holder).

Very family friendly, theres periodic adult swim times. There were a few times where a group of teenage boys became verbally abusive to the life guards - and it took a while for them to be removed- it unsettled the atmosphere but it seemed to be an isolated incident.

Excellent place for a family. Sand area, little water playground and kids slide. A nice lazy river, an intertube slide, a nice big slide, diving board. Theyve got just about everything. Dont come here expecting a quiet relaxing time though. Kids everywhere!

I give it only a 3, due to the fact, the food is bad, the servers are slow, and they are not organized in there!!! Bad food management. Also, they dont allow you to bring in any type of food, and over charge you on theirs. So EAT BEFORE YOU GO!!!

I would say this is by far a great aquatics park. Smaller children are obviously catered to but fun for all ages. Lazy river is very long. 4 stars because In July and August its extremely crowded. Ive had to park across Janes Ave. before...

Slides, lazy river, diving board, two pools, splash pad and sand area provide something for everyone to do! Food is reasonable and they have Nonnies pizza. Great time for the entire family!

Although this place is nice to come with kids, so many things seem to be restricted. E.g. you cant touch a rope in the water, you cant swim on your own in a lazy river and etc.

No family changing rooms. Challenging with a baby at the end of the day to wash down and get dressed. They charge full price even if its 1 hour before closing.
