As noted by another reviewer the customer service element is nonexistent at this business. It always seems like the clubhouse attendant is bothered when taking our payment to golf here. I occasionally play on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the best shot and each time we go the lady in the clubhouse is consistently rude and short with us and others Ive seen them interact with. Other than that, this is a very fun course that can be challenging if you play the back tees. The course is usually in very good shape minus that the greens are usually very slow and tee-box grass tends to be long. Overall, for the price, it is what it is, a fun little 9 hole course that has some really nice views overlooking the Mississippi. I always enjoy going over and playing a round at Birchwood GC.

I guess I got the complete opposite experience as the others. I actually thought that the customer experience was pretty solid here. I intend on coming back, if I got lucky, Ill update this review. But I thought it was worth putting another voice here that said that it clearly isnt an every-single-time occurrence.

I do not recommend this golf course. The customer service element does not exist at this business. Your time would be better spent at Lacoma, Derby Grange, Bunker Hill, The Meadows, Timberline, or any other course.
