The only fair way to evaluate casinos is to compare them to others for entry level gaming (that is slot machines) players in Eastern Wisconsin. In this review we will compare Oneida Casino in Green Bay/Airport with that of Ho-Chunk in Wisconsin Dells and Potawatomi in Milwaukee. Im tired of doing evaluations for Oneida cause I dont think they are really listening. Please do not send out any more evaluations. Gaming experience . . . Potawatomi has the most machines, newest machines, best accumulation point system, pays out big bonus games/ jackpots for money waged. Ho-Chunk has better variety and newer machines than Oneida. Both of the later are stingy in relationship to payouts, nonetheless in play value all three can be equal at times. Oneida needs to close their gaming area in the Bingo hall as its a joke and the machines are very old. Guest relations. . .all three have very friendly staff. The only bad experience I had was with Onedia. . .I had a question for guest relations and the lady behind the desk told me I was "only a bronze not even a bronze preferred." Promotions . . . Food-> Ho-Chunk gives away free buffet $12.99 value and two $3.00 coupons monthly. Potawatomi gives a monthly coupon depending on spending normally $5-10 for Ruby members. Onedia gives nothing away to entry level players and their online food reviews are lousy. While Potawatomi has more variety than Ho-Chunk Ill give Ho-Chunk a slight edge with their buffet. Atmosphere-> Ho-Chunk has a new addition (main entrance) and when the inside waterfall/ escualtor are complete it will be breathtaking. All that said coming down the escualtor from the parking garage bridge (level 4) at Potawatomi is exciting hearing the noise and seeing all the staff/players. Onedia needs to begin plans immediately to do some major updating or they will lose players to other northern casinos. Hotel Rooms->Both /Ho-Chunk and Potawatomi gives away free or discounted rooms Sunday through Thursday nights. Onedia does not give away free or discounted rooms. I stayed at all three places over the years. . .Onedia is dated. . .Potawatomi has been remodeled/spacious. . .Ho-Chunk has vaulted ceiling with balconies. Ho-Chunk also has swimming pools, spa, and sauna. Ranking the best gaming experience Potawatomi, then Ho-Chunk followed at a distance by Onedia.

If you are up even 10 dollars, walk away. This place has the lowest payouts I have ever seen. I dont recomemd using the bathrooms here, they are disgusting! I have gone to many casinos and this one is the worst. I will be above what I came with (as in money) once every 6 times I go. Usually i will never win anything more than a couple dollars over what I put into machines. Very lucky if I win double what I brought, about one in 15 times there. I have seen one woman get a straight flush and next hand a royal flush playing 3 card poker. It took a good 10 to 15 min for them to check the cameras and validate that she actually won each time. Still, you have to have 1000 dollars to make 50. The odds on thier machines need to be checked though. I once put 700 into one machine and never was ahead of where I started. Even spun 25 time in a row at max bet without winning so much as a penny. My advise is to only bring $50 max that you can lose because you will. Also better advise would be to play at a different casino. I for one will not step foot in there again. The one on mason street is ok... But there are no table games!

I find all the staff to be very friendly, except the lady who cleans the bathrooms who is normally grumpy at me for having to use the restroom while she is cleaning it. I have played at casinos all over Wisconsin and I find the payout to be considerably equal. My single biggest complaint, well I have two. My most important complaint is i spend at least a grand a week consistently, and for promo play I get 15.00 every 5 days. Like someone else said, its almost an insult. I noticed the owner commenting on reviews so I am hoping you will read this. I spend about 200/month at North Star and am given more promo play there than through Oneida. My second complaint is its so cold in there in the summer time, but a sweater can solve that one. Overall, I would recommend playing Oneida. But quit being so stingy with the promo play, show appreciation to the locals who support you.

One of the most poorly ran craps tables Ive ever played on. Misplacing bets, mispaying bets. I placed 2 on each of the 3 ALL OR NOTHING Bonus Bets. The TALL hit first and once they didnt pay me, I brought it up to the boxman, who was rude about it. I requested that the cameras be reviewed... during the hour it took for them to come back with a vague, non-specific, undecisive answer about what bets I placed and where my money specifically went before that roll started, the rest of the ALL OR NOTHING filled in. They screwed me out of 500 dollars. Once your money is in the crews hands, it is their responsibility to place it properly and account for proper payout, not the customers. The crew was placing and taking bets and allowing rolls while people were cashing out and leaving, chips all over the table... I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!!

Everyone has their own opinion - some of the negatives reviews need an honest positive balance. We travel an hour to game at oneida and the service and hospitality have always been splendid. Difficult to complain about payouts- since the odds are just the nature of the game. I guess some people make consistent money gaming… I just don’t know any of them. The choice to enjoy a drink and smoke while gaming reminds us of bygone freedoms. Hey - its a casino... full of questionable habits. Just wander in the non-smoking area to try your luck if smoke bothers you. You pay for drinks- you pay to play- its not Vegas, but as a couple we like to unwind here

Fun is not theyre game anymore. I have been a regular for 10+ years. This place has really gone down hill with the payouts on slots. Perks are junk. The days of coming with $50-$100 and having a good time and possibly winning are long gone. I know its slots and your bound to lose, but if you can even get a little play money its not worth trying. It seems the payouts are all going to the big gamers, the rest of us basically have no chance. I have seen some of most horrible bonuses especially since the renovation. The greed of these people is unbelievable now. My advise is to stay away and try another casino- I am.

Used to like coming here until I lost a 10$ card at bingo, told supervisor about it before game even began, she wandered around not taking care of the issue, later talked to her after the game had ended and was told she could not refund the 10$ because my card was up at the desk the entire time, even with her knowing that she still did nothing to help or refund, will not be visiting this casino again, was also told by another worker after I asked the 2nd time that she could not help because there would be "to many people on one task" I guess customer service is not in the nature of this business?
