My sisters friends and I went to Meadowbrook Family "Fun" Center the other night. Before going, I checked their website to see what times they close. Outside Activities: 9:00. Arcade: 11:00 Pizza Cafe: 10:00. When we arrived there at 8:35, the miniature golf was closed. I asked why their website says 9:00 and the lady working says everywhere else outside closes at 9:00, but miniature golf closes at 8:30. So we went to the arcade, and about half of the games were "Out of Order." I then asked someone inside when miniature golf closes and she said "9:00." I told her that it was close already and she replied that they close if they are slow and it takes 30 minutes to get through anyway. So I guess they close whenever they want. I then went to the Pizza Cafe to get something. The lady who was working in there walked right past me and just continued cleaning behind the counter. Since it was 9:20, they shouldnt be closed, but who knows. As I was at the cash register, I waited to be helped, but she continued to work. I said aloud, "When do you close?" And she rudely said, "I will be in 40 minutes." Well then help me! The workers were rude and the closing times were not followed. I will not be coming back to this "fun" center.

Tried to call an ask about getting my deposit back an he days need 48 hour notice. Well i rescheduled due to personal reason an i still cant make it there for my sons birthday. Due to health reasons an i explained this to the man. An he says well we can reschedule the party again. I told him i dont know when we can do this because im having surgery. An not to sure how long recovery will be. So i asked him again if I can just have my deposit back. An i got refused that. So i got upset an told him .........you know what keep that deposit money!!!! An his response was "OK" An i hung up on him feeling very upset.

So mad right now, I called to schedule a birthday party for my daughter. I spoke to the man and we went over all the rules & regulations and we had no problem but when I called back to put my deposit I was told different & my card already went through so I had to cancel my party and now I have to wait up to 3 days for my return. Nothing but a sorry for all of this. Nothing was made right. I will no longer be going to this place nor will my family!!!!

I was waiting 20 minutes for a guy to check my card so I could get pizza. We had to go ask for someone and he said that there was another two pizza in the oven and then when we went to order he told us they werent making anymore pizzas. Staff is bad!!!!!!

Get the family fun pass. You get a round of mini golf, a couple of tokens for the batting cages, a ride on the bumper boats and the go karts, and some credits for the arcade.
