What a HUGE disappointment!!! Dont bother wasting your money or time, or should I say lack there of. First, youre suppose to get 15 minutes before your party starts, to set up, that wasnt the case for us. We didnt get to set up until our guest arrived so our guest ended up helping us set up. Thanks! This then ate into our play/party time. I felt like the rest of the time we were playing catch up instead of actually just enjoying our party. Next, the piñata, seriously DONT waste your money. I spoke to the owner about the candy they would put inside. He assured me that it was quality. It was far from that unless you enjoy eating STALE salt water taffy and tootsie rolls. Now there were some chocolates and Twizzlers sprinkled in. Last, when our time was up they were in there trying to get us out on time. I sure wish they wouldve been like that with the last party so I couldve started mine on time. Like I said at the beginning, What a HUGE disappointment!!! **side note, I ordered pizza through them as well and added an extra pizza that morning, well you guessed it, I never got the extra pizza. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE*** Im only giving this place two stars because my daughter did enjoy playing with everything inside the room.

The first thing about this unique space is how friendly and flexible the staff are. My daughters birthday was scheduled executed in 6 days. We rented the Tree House Room which was a large open floor plan style area. the walls were hand painted with a wilderness scene and a handmade, multilevel tree house in the corner. The eating area is equipped with two full sized tables, counters, cabinets and a refrigerator. On the other side of the space is the movie theater set up with netflix in its own sound proofed room. There is a common area outside of the theater with gaming consoles and seating. In the center of the room is a large bounce house where the children spend most of the time. Another perk of the venue are the arcades some of which are free and others give tickets out which can be turned in for prizes. Overall the experience was seamless and the hosts remained unobtrusive while still keeping to schedule. We didnt feel rushed and the staff were always available. Last thing I loved about The Party Place was the coffee bar at the entrance. Party parents given a free drink each and are able to open a tab for their guests or purchase a carafe for the party. 100% recommend.

I love the place! Its covered in artistic murals to make you free as if you were out side! I meet the ladies at Party Place a few time a month and the kids get an awesome play date! It is unbelievable that no one has came up with a concept like this before! Its so easy to try to compare them to others but there really is no comparison when you really look at all that you get with party place. Their customer service is amazing, You can bring in your own food, the place is totally cute and already decorated and they let you decorate however you want! To amazing how other places limit you to caller 15 kids well this place allows you to have up to 50! They say "Your party at place!" and they really mean it! Its totally more fun with less rules and designed for parents to have as much fun as the kids! We love PARTY PLACE!!!

You cant go wrong this Party Place! It is perfect for all ages. Adults have just as much fun as kids and the teens love it as their huge party place! They really are all about hospitality and let you run your own party as if it was your own place or home. If you need help they are there for you to make your party run smooth and have tons of options. We love that they truly care about every detail in there business and the community that they are in. Party Place is for sure the creative place to party. We happy to say that we are having our Christmas party there and they are transforming the whole place for us in a very cool way!

I purchased the Groupon a few weeks back and recently took my son in. It was more of a large living room than some super awesome play room. I was confused as to what age they were targeting. There were 7 or 8 arcade games and two bounce houses... that is pretty much it. They do have a "tree house" slide structure but the slide is not secure and after one round on that we decided just to stick to the bounce houses. There is no distinction for employees and there is no flow. The coffee is very nice but I wish they offered water cups for the kids. Its hard to tell your three year old that only Mommy gets a special drink.

I love this place, but I am not too excited about the changes. It cost $7/child to play here, BUT only 1 of the 3 rooms are open & this is the room focused on toddlers. When all 3 rooms where open this was a great option for kids from toddler to school age. My school aged child could play in the larger play structure & the video game that projected on the floor. With more than 1 jump house open the toddlers could be in 1 jump house & the bigger kids in another, now that is just not an option anymore. Not sure 1 room is worth $7.

Great place to have a party for the kids. You will have designated area where all of your party can stay. Area is gated, so the little ones will not wonder off. It is a bit pricey. I wish all of the arcade was included in the package, some arcades you need quarters to play. One tow in the "movie theater" was out of order. Theme was supposed to me Minecraft, other than balloons, there were no Minecraft elements. Overall great experience, kids loved it.

Decent party place for kids as there are 2 play areas located across from each other. The right side seems more open and the left side has a bounce house, mini theater, and dining room. They are improving it as there is now a larger and remodeled coffee shop area at the front, but everything seems to be just thrown together with not much thought. Great for kids, the adults, not so much.

Best place to party because they let you structure your own party, bring in your own food, decorate, they dont limit your guest size to a small size and its themed out with great paintings on the wall that make you feel like you are outside! Very cool place! Its like your in a big awesome room at home that you dont have to clean up!

This is a very cool idea but needs to be better executed. There are 2 cool areas for partys & they will help theme them how you like. Both have big play structures but adults dont really fit in them so its hard for little little kids. Not a bad place but they defenently need additional financing to help their great vision.

I had my sons 6th birthday here; everyone loved it!! The kids and parents were entertained. The Party Place is so accommodating and I love that you can supply your own food. The décor is awesome and it feels so comfortable. I am planning my youngest sons 1st birthday here!
