Decided to visit because it was right across the street from our hotel. The first thing you realize is that the inside/arcade is VERY small. Theres also an old stale smell in the air which smells like the inside of a Chuck E. Cheese playpen. The newly redone cafe area is very nice. Prices are a bit steep though. A hot dog and fries combo was almost $9 and it literally came with 16 fries (see attached picture). Adding chilli amd cheese adds an additional $2.50. They serve alcohol but I dont believe the liquor license extends to outside so you cant take you drinks with you when you play mini golf for example. I was here about an hour and never approached by any staff, even when standing right in front of the counter. The attractions looked outdated and no taken care of. The bumber boats paint is faded and peeling like they havent been cleaned and polished in years. The laser tag arena is very small compared to countless other ones Ive been too. Arcade prices are on a points based system which makes it hard to track how much money youre actually spending. You can purchase 10 points for $1 and then skee-ball costs 6 points. The points system seems to be at random as well. Skee-ball 6 points but "down the clown" 15 points. I wouldnt recommend spending money here unless you were just out of options and needed somewhere to take the kids to wear them out for an hour.

For you season pass people... Things have changed for the worse. Golf course is run down and unimaginative. But kids like it. Race cars are great fun and the batting cages are fun as well. Main complaint is that after two years of season passes Boomers changed their policy. They upped the price by $10 and took away usage of the batting cages and all video games. This leaves the race cars that often have very long lines, the beat up golf course, Laser tag which is good, the climbing wall which is often closed for some reason and the bumper boats which are marginally fun. Although the video games are not my thing my son liked them and it gave him something to do besides the attractions. Just the other night we were halfway through the sign-up process when an employee informed us of the changes. My son made the call to stop the sign-up process but he left in tears. Please join me and let Boomers know how you feel about these changes!

We had my sons birthday party here besides the host of the party nearly every employee here is insanely RUDE! All you hear is them complaining about people and which attractions they hate working. Asking for help you get an eye roll or some smart remark. Was told by the cashier at snack bar when asked what the discount was when your part of the party is for the bracelets and got told "I dont have to give you anything" all of our guests were complaining of the staff as well. Waited 2 hours for go karts when there are not many people here at all. Waited 20 min for a pretzel. Paid $60 for the unlimited games which was racing and guitar hero only. If not for our host Nancy I would give 1 star but she was extremely nice and made up for some of the other horrible people. Staff needs cleaning up definitely not worth the $400 we spent here!!! Wouldnt recommend a party here at all go to funworks staff is super friendly and accommodating there

Personal background: I am 28yo male. My fiance and i go every couple weeks for an hour or two. The Best Deal: For $50, we each purchased a three month pass that allows UNLIMITED video games, miniature golf, batting cages, go karts, rock climbing, and laser tag. It is truly a good value. Pro: MOST of the video games are in good condition and rarely do I have to wait for one to Id like to play. The go karts are fast and fun. Batting cages are well-maintained. Con: The laser tag is never busy and is small, so unless you go with a big group, never an exciting game. The rock wall is fun for only a short amount of time. It has 4 faces at different difficulties. Not much variety and the novelty quickly wears off. Summary: A good value for the unlimited pass but would be expensive if bringing multiple kids for only a day.

Outdated, under maintained. Staff less than motivated, employees seemingly smile from employment obligation. Wow talk about a near depressing experience. It is clearly evident that things only get repaired rather than maintained. The mini-golf experience was dull and lacked fresh themes or creative life. Granted most of the path lights worked, so you could at least safely walk around...but the course wasnt exactly bursting with a fun environment. Most of the employees could not manage to look happy, none the less be happy when attempting to provide weak customer service. even though I am local to this entertainment park, I would rather travel out of my way to get a better experience for my family. Im fairly sure the 5 star ratings previously posted are false.

Inside is smaller than i thought it would be, but had a good time...until we got outside & saw that someone broke into our truck & stole the stereo and other things. They do have a sign saying they are not liable for anything stolen or damaged, but I would expect places to have at least one camara pointed toward the parking lot for these instances. No longer feel safe bringing my kids here...

My kids loved it here! The go karts are 10 mph or less which is safe for most ages, and the track size. The pizza was okay but better eaten when fresh. Overall, this is a spot worth driving over 2 hours for because its one of a kind and promotes and encourages a different activitity families can try out together! Im coming back next week!

My son loves this place and you definitely cant go wrong with the season pass! But........the bounce house could use a serious sanitary wipe down, not to mention replacing the bulb that would allow one to see ones child(ren) in the bounce house. Id give it a 5 star if you have this place a face lift.

The arcades are amazing and they have nice prizes. The mini golf was so much fun though very hot. I loved the various buildings. Watch out for the food and drink prices; they are expensive. We had a lot of fun in the laser tag too. So much to do including water boats, bumper boats, and outside rides.

Under staffed, as a result, our food took forever, and some of it was cold when it finally did come out. Staff was not cheerful, probably because they were working on the 4th of July, and they didnt have enough people to work. They couldnt even have all the rides running at the same time.

The group packages have something to be desired. Unlimited game play would be nice if there were more to choose from, they have a number of games but most werent included. The choice of drinks were water or lemonade. if you wanted soda it cost $3 for a small

Games are expensive, the go-karts are run very inefficiently causing extremely long wait times. Also, the attendants stand out in the track area to "watch" for bad drivers, but couldnt see the grown man who spun out 3 double karts with kids in them.
