I spent a Saturday night out with the family for a supposed evening of fun. Included in the night of bowling was time in the game arcade. My 9 year old son spent his weekly $5.00 allowance on games giving tickets to win a prize. The 140 tickets he won only allowed him to receive a light up key chain, that he was more than eager to accept. The awarded prize was broken, and did not function. With a distraught young boy at my side, I brought the malfunctioning toy to an employee and requested to trade the broken toy for another. We were rejected any form of compensation, and were told there was nothing that could be done as the games were owned by an outside contractor. Asking to speak to a manager on his behalf, I was once again denied and told that nothing further could be done.

Been here before for the "money bowl" before on girls night. Got stuck in a corner, rude staff and guy calling would never "announce" our lane so we could win. We kept having to go up to him (flirting with girls so much he wasnt paying attention to other lanes) and ask him to call our lane so we could try and win the money pin. Drinks were really expensive and quite weak. Would pay less at a club for drinks. We did have fun bowling though and decided to go again two weeks later. Our reservation was lost, girl at the counter was extremely rude. We waited on call for a lane, again drinks were terrible and so was the service. We ordered food and got it brought to us cold. To top off our night, go out to the parking lot and my friends car was broken into. Would never go here again.

Ended up leaving after about an hour and a half of no service. Went to get a late breakfast and bowl a few games about noon on a Sunday. The kids were board out of their mind and it was a waste of time. We waited at our table for maybe 10 minutes with out anyone even noticing we sat down, so went got our own menus, waited another 15 minutes and no one ever came to get out order, so we went up to order from the counter. After about 15 minutes we went back up to ask about our drinks and the server said she was busy, took another 10 minutes to even get water. After that we still waited about another 45 minutes or more for just a few orders of eggs and pancakes and finally said to cancel the order and we left and went someplace else to bowl / eat.

Good place to go and hang with friends and good for parties. But what made my experience bad was the type of music, lack of bass, and how long the music was. Everyone around me were covering their ears, cussing, and were very grouchy. We all had the worst headaches and wanted to get out of the place. We paid 14 bucks to play so we werent going to leave. I almost threw up because I had a headache. Also, they played the same type of music over and over. High pitch voiced rapping songs that said "nigga" 500 times really made us super mad. The type of bowl was "Rock n bowl". Where was the rock? It was so bad. We all could have bowled better if they didnt have any music at all.

ok so i was at league and went to go practice for league my ball got stuck and got all messed up from there new lanes and went there to talk to them about my ball and they will not even pay the for the ball to get replaced they want me to pay full price for it and there saying that i thrown it really hard on the concreate to make it happen like that and u can see a pic of the ball where it got messed up the most. then the pro shop is sayin i put in a oven and baked it or in the dish washer and it cooked and started cracking badly and i done so i told the league person im done bowlin there and movin to pacific lanes because they are better and im just really done with paradise

bowling lanes seem like they have been left to just fall apart. We got moved to 6 different lanes because of mechanical problems of every sort. Also noticed the sensors dont keep even remotely accurate scores. On all 6 lanes we went to, it was counting gutter balls as strikes, strikes as only a few pins, etc. Went to another bowling alley after we got our refund and had no more issues the rest of the day. We ended up at Pacific Lanes, which was only $10 an hour per lane.

These guys kicked me out after spending a 1 1/2 hours there with my kids at a birthday party. They saw that I was armed with a pistol for self defense. Fortunately, a refund was not needed, because I didnt pay for anything. I did see a group of teens walk up to the bowling alley while smoking weed. Do you get a sense of what kind of place this is? Oh yeah, no outside food or smoking, but its ok to smoke sitting right out side the main door. I will not be returning.

The employees could not care less about their jobs. Went with our kids... said shed be right there to put up our bumpers 15 minutes later we had to remind her. No waitress came to our end ask lady at desk to send someone over 15 minutes later went and ordered our selves. Food was not worth paying any amount for... however one guy that worked there was great. On a scale of 1-10 it sucked!

Ive been coming here for years and this is the second time Ive come here and the person who I spoke to on the phone prior to making the drive there has lied to me about available lanes!!! Do they think people dont have better things to do than drive and sit there??? Then to be told lanes available in a hour and here we are almost 2 hours later still waiting!!!!!!

Its a bowling alley. The employees were friendly, the atmosphere was alright. The lanes seemed to be pretty well maintained. The scoring system was a little crappy, but it worked. Looked like they were in the process of remodeling part of it, so its likely to get nicer, prettier, wonderfuller in the near future.

The customer service here was horrible. There was only one waitress working all the lanes so it was very hard to get any kind of drinks and the line was so long in the bar. The announcer doing the moonlight bowling was very rude and when ever there is an issue the guys all point fingers. Overall very disappointed.

Service very very very slow. They are ALWAYS out of something. Poor customer service through out the bldg. Over priced junk. The bowling lanes suk too. Poor lane conditions, break consistantly during league bowl. Employees are there only for the paycheck. Terrible attitudes. Zero knowledge of customer service!

I bowl league here and it is great. Most of the staff is wonderful but sometimes get a little stressed out as they get extremely busy and seems like they dont always get enough help. I think they need to hire on a few more people for the busy nights and it would help cut down on the customers wait time.
