I am in the process of going to small claims court to obtain a refund of the deposit I made to Peter Olson. I cancelled my reservation more than 9 months before the event. Peter Olson agreed twice to refund my deposit within a few days and twice has failed to live up to his promise. Peter Olson refuses to communicate with me concerning the refund. My hope is that the suit will not cause The Landing at Northcut to go into bankruptcy.

I attended a wedding reception here, but the party was a little too big for the size of the hall they rented. Depending on capacity, this is a really cool space! Easily accessible parking (for the area), and close to several hotels.
