This place was absolutely gorgeous and we would have loved to stay longer, however the staff was unfriendly. Although it was not even busy, we were not greeted nor did they tell us anything about the wine. It was almost as if we were an inconvenience. After leaving and discussing our individual experiences, everyone in our party expressed how they were treated rudely. For example, eyes rolled at us, blank stares when asking something, and an overall "dont care about anything" attitude, just to mention a few. I never write bad reviews but I honestly thought it was such a terrible experience that a review was necessary.

This is a beautiful winery with a good staff and a wine for everyone. The winery sits on top of a hill overlooking grape vines and the lake with a very Italian look. I cant say I liked every wine I liked, but the ones I tried that I liked, I loved! If you are looking for a small time place with people who care deeply about their craft, this is not the best place. But if you want good drinks in a charming upscale location look no further.

Amazing view to begin with. When we got there it was very busy, but we were greeted within 30 seconds, and offered a tasting. The wine was very impressive and the service continued to be excellent. The balcony was beautiful, the wine delicious, particularly the Chardonnay and the Curious. The only downside was a notably insufficient amount of restrooms, but thats still not enough to downgrade it from a 5 star winery.

A lovely winery that you must visit while in the area! Despite being very short staffed on a holiday weekend, she was very friendly & helpful. The views were amazing and the wine was great and reasonably priced. Def try the Cab Fran! Its the best wine I tasted in my short visit to Lake Chelan. And Im not a big red wine drinker, but I loved this one. Enjoy!

We regularly visit Bensons by ourselves and to take visitors to experience the Chelan winery experience! We always receive friendly service with some of the best wines of the Chelan AVA. Not to forget the unsurpassed Lake Chelan views and great free musical concerts during the summers!

Gorgeous winery with sweeping views of vineyards and Lake Chelan. All the wine is estate grown. I only tried the reds, loved the Syrah, but was impressed with them all, considering they grow so many varieties. Dont miss this one if you are in the area.

This is my favorite winery in Chelan, the view is incredible. Must visit this winery when you are visiting Lake Chelan, friendly service and great place to relax and hang out. Girls trips we always go to this winery.

Benson has great wine and one of the nicest tasting rooms with incredible views. Even if you dont drink wine this place is a must see if you come to Chelan. There is a $5 tasting fee waved on purchase.
