This was the worst experience Ive ever had at regal. My fiance, friend, and I decided to go see Suicide Squad. We decided to dress up as the characters, and I went as Diego and painted the tattoos on my face. We bought our tickets no problem. My fiance spit off to buy some water while my friend and I walked to the theater. We accidentally went down the exit, and some larger woman who worked there rushed up to us and demanded our tickets. We handed them to her of course and as I was about to explain that we accidentally went the wrong way, she said that I needed to go wash my face immediately (in front of other people waiting for the movie). She was not quiet about this at all. She talked to me like I was some dumb teenager there to cause her trouble. I went to the bathroom and washed everything off, but I have never been so embarrassed like that. I completely understand if their policy says I cant have that much makeup, but all she had to do was talk to me quietly. The entire movie was ruined for me and I was anxious and upset for the rest of the night. Regal, I would hope that others do not have to deal with this kind of treatment at your other locations.

This is just about as good as a standard theater gets. However, as it has to compete with iPic at the Town Center (not to mention the new better seating at Crossroads and the extensive selection at Lincoln Square), it ends up looking a little more middle of the road than I think it is. The staff is wonderful and engaged, the seats are raked beautifully (yay stadium seating becoming a basic), and the theaters and bathrooms are always clean. I will hit on the excellence of the staff a second time, because I think its worth noting. We live close by, so we come often, and have never had a surly interaction - be it at a 10am matinee with a screaming kiddo or a midnight showing with a horde of drunk friends. They are unfailingly polite and engaged. Good hiring, management, and good job staff.

This theater does not open at 11:00 as advertised on the Google search. I went to the theater today to buy gift cards for a corporate event with the impression that the theater box office would open at 11:00. When it did not I called and spoke with "the manager" who informed me that though they were inside the theater, they would not sell me the tickets because they open a half hour before the first showing which varies from day to day with this days showing occurring at 12:30pm. She also said that they only have to adhere to what the Fandango site has listed. There is no opening or closing time listed on Fandango. Dont expect any above and beyond customer service from this management team. I will purchase our monthly corporate gifts from another theater group moving forward.

Rating this theater five stars mostly because they have reliably offered me a nearby option for limited theatrical releases (recent examples being the Doctor Who and Sherlock specials). The place is generally clean and they have a few arcade machines to play while youre waiting. Parking is probably the toughest part of the experience, but its not bad (certainly not Seattle bad). Great theater overall, especially if youre looking for something slightly less popular than Star Wars that might not be at other places.

Have been here 10+ times over the past couple years. Movies playing on the bigger screens, and the sound system is great, sometimes super loud! Seating is pretty good. Ive had no problems when using credit cards, printed-out movie App vouchers, etc. If you join their rewards club, youll accumulate points ---》 get free stuff like drink, popcorn and occasionally a movie ticket. Its a nice little perk. Large clean restrooms.

Nice clean theater with good seating. I come here whenever I can *sneak* away for a ladies/moms day out. Never bought food from the theater though since the food at any theater is too high and it is close to some decent eateries nearby, like Marinepolis, Cafe Coho, and Typhoon. There is also a really nice hospital in the same plaza (Evergreen) if you ever get sick while at the theater.

This is our last choice amongst theaters, only because the crew pops bushels of popcorn and then stashes it in an ice bin and serves it out of there . I understand the young employees want to go home and having to clean the popcorn machine prevents that perhaps, but man, popcorn once its been sitting for more than an hour can get pretty inedible.

Some see a big lot but all the spots are tiny for anything over the size of a Prius - and even then - and seems like youre asking for a door ding. Theatre itself is starting to show its age. Screens are small, seats dont recline, etc. Might be time for a freshening and perhaps restriping the lot larger to fit a normal sized sedan these days.

Convenient location, good movie selection, lots of parking. The only thing I dont like about this theater is their seat design. Seats are way too near the screen and show rooms dont have enough slope for seats. In my opinion, only the last 3 rows offer comfortable seating position and the rest will cause neck-ache.

Image and sound quality was good. The line for concessions wasnt long when we went. But the seats! My goodness they were terrible! The space between the rows was way too narrow, I felt like I was in an airliner. And there is no recline! My back was starting to hurt by the end of the movie.

As far as theaters go, does the trick. Im not crazy about the seating (there is no recline), but the rooms are decent. Parking can get dicey, but youll find a space if you keep moving out further from the theater. It tends to NOT sell out, so its a dependable local place to catch a movie.

No changing table in the mens room, but enough counter space to change a diaper, and the restroom was spotless. The seats are comfortable, temperature was great, and the audio was clear as a bell. The inside is decorated with multicolored neon lights which make the place look fantastic.

Decent movie theatre. Not amazing, not awful. Met my expectations and standards for a Regal Cinema or an AMC Cinema. Nothing to write home about. Its a large theatre, and both MOD and Sushiland are conveniently nearby for a before/after movie meal.

Seats and armrests are narrow, theaters are small, but that means a good selection of movies are available most times. Reasonably convenient to the Rapid Ride B line and close enough to walk to downtown Redmond for dinner/drinks.

Go have dinner in the surrounding area first, grab a beer and some dinner. The theater isnt really cared for, a remnant of the 90s, but fine if you just want to see a movie. For deluxe theater, go to iPic in Redmonds Town Center.

The location and types of movies are great. The sound can be pretty loud at times which I guess can be at a lot of theaters. The concessions are also pricey, but again, thats pretty standard for theaters nowadays.
