This place is definately OVERPRICED & UNDERSTAFFED... Actually there is staff there...they all just sit around & talk w/eachother & dont pay attention to the paying customers waiting to go on thier TINY bumper car track... They say you have to be a certain height...but allowed my 5 year old to strap in....she could barely touch the gas...so she rode in a circle w/me. Didnt get any compensation for her not being able to drive the bumpercar...then went on some space ship thing where they hardly strap you in so I ended up getting bruises on my legs from bracing myself to not fall out of the straps...Again had to stop this mid ride cause it was to scary for my daughter ( whom we asked several times if it was appropriate for her...in which they replied yes-and IT WASNT) Didnt get compensated there either...half the games are always out of order..the toddler area is too small for the $ paid to do it...FOOD STINKS! & Bumper boats are never running EVER! the Mini golf/go carts & frogger were decent...but its definately for ages 6 & up for the cool stuff..If you have a lot of $ to waste & feel like being ignored by the teenager employees, as well as eat TERRIBLE food, & have to disappoint your child cause every ticket toy machine is "out of order"..then come here

The advertisement gives you the impression, and stated in various areas of their website describing the kind of entertainment, that they had games and outdoor/indoor activities for children AND adults. The pictures displayed on flyers and online showed images of rides with adults in them. Some attractions gave a required minimum height to ride. Outside of video games, almost all of the attractions were for kids, as in child size; the exception being the batting cages and lazer tag (maybe the go carts if you are a thin enough, short enough, and limber enough adult). The bumper cars were smaller than the ones in amusement parks. Even the mini golf course looked miniaturized and lacked the difficulties and theme you expect when it comes to mini golf. To a child, Im sure its worlds of fun, but for an adult (especially, an adult that doesnt have children, accompanied by her mother, mothers husband, and girlfriend celebrating the girlfriends 50th birthday) it falls below standard. We wanted to go mini golfing and with the misleading information Family Fun Center posts, we walked into an improved version of Chuck-E-Cheese. Big difference when your envisioning a place more like Dave & Busters.

Get a package for value. I have never seen more than a couple games broken at a time and they have a little bit of everything here. For no other competing facilities in the area, this place is pretty awesome. It has batting cages, mini golf, go karts, a good size bounce castle with trampoline and toddler area plus more. They also have food and drink available at not-insane prices. I bring my family every few months for the two years Ive lived in the area and we have never left disappointed and the kids always ask to come back. Only reason they do not get five stars is because it gets expensive quickly depending on how much or what you want to do. They also have time based packages instead of points/price based per-ride/use packages. The other reason they do not get the last star is because while the staff is friendly, they have seemingly lazy attitudes most of the time. It does not directly impact the experience and they always help, even if theyre not smiling when they do it. I will continue to come so long as I live in the area (30 mins away).

Awesome for little kids. Leaves much to he desired for teens and adults only because Ive never actually seen the jump station outside and the bumper boats EVER in use. I MIGHT recall one time seeing someone attached to the jumping ropes, but it could be in my head...! The batting cages often malfunction, and the put-put golf needs some renovations, but the laser tag and go carts are always a hit and weve never had issues with these! Weve been quite a few times over the years and I use to even go as a child myself. Now, my own little ones love the lights and games and buying "toys" with their tickets, but its basically a big chuck e cheese without a "magical" mouse and (obnoxious) music. Its pretty run down and needs an update. But overall, if youre looking for a fun, easy place to take your LITTLE kiddos, this is the perfect place. However beware, they will begg to come back over and over!!

to start off when you walk in nobody asks to help you... then you look around, ha ha ha not so much, I counted 15 machines that are "out of order". Not to mention the games thatshould have the signs on them. Then come to find out there were a few games that did not give ticket... we told them... ans saw her turn them on to spit out the tickets!!!! So knowing all this I counted all the tickets we had won and count 352... The machine that counted the tickets only said we had 344. That being said we went up got a few prizes and had 14 tickets left out of the 344 and my daughter wanted something that cost 15 tickets, and the girl didnt want to give us the toy... hmmm This place is like it should be in the ghetto! oh and all of the people that work there... I dont think they knew how to smile at ALL!

I got a card while at the Family fun center on the recommendation of one of the staff members to make it easier to get tokens and other services. Then while there they told me we could not get food using the card only amusement things and I could not take money off the card to get the food so I ended up spending more money than I wanted to. I ended up with about $50 left on the card. I figured I would use it sometime. Now I go to use the card and they tell me it is expired and there is nothing they can do about. They never told me that it expires, and they say well it is on the back of the card, you need a microscope to read the writing on that. I think I have found one place I will not be going back to.

The place does not look attractive at all when you first get there. Inside, there are some neat stuff like the laser arena and go-carting. But the place is way too small to have tons of fun at. And it is very costly. I would recommend going to some other fun place. Apart from that, the place smells bad and some (I should be saying almost all) of the things are either broken, worn down, or have not been cleaned in like forever. And the management is horrible! They treat you so bad, you try and avoid anyone who works there in an instant. Suddenly you say, oh look at the time! I got to get to laser tag and bolt away. You are not going to find the fun you want here.

Much like their other location further south, this place is a lot of fun for kids. Lots of games, rides and activities. Some arcade games, some ticket machines, and classics like ski ball. However again like the other location the staff is basically useless. You will have to hunt for someone if you need assistance. When you find them you will have to interrupt their private conversation amongst themselves which will offend them greatly.
