The last time I had lunch here was before the remodel/expansion. A friend of mine and I decided to meander to the brewery for lunch. As soon as we arrived I noticed the high activity in the parking lot and it was apparent that they were serving more than just soup and sandwiches for lunch. If you ever ate lunch at the Pub prior to the construction the contrast in differences was hard to miss. Before it was a small, quaint place better known for their exceptional beer than the food on the menu. Dont get me wrong, it was always filling to have a cold cut sandwich made from two pieces of bread with your typical SYSCO toppings. The split pea soup was "good" (as good from a can gets) and the beer that accompanied lunch was always delicious, each sip reminding me why I came. Today the Pub was brighter, larger, cleaner and there was a bustling crew of Uintans making sure everyones throats were quenched and stomachs full. We made our way to the bar where a cute, fun girl took our order and even discussed beer selections (It was clear that she understood beer). I ordered the fish and chips with a side of coleslaw and a glass of their Trader IPA. It was absolutely fantastic!!!! The fish was not your typical Cod or Pollock; however, fresh, local TROUT! The fries were great and the coleslaw (you know, the "parsley" of the dish) was delicious! My friends sandwich looked great! He would occasionally pull off a slice of avocado, admire it and then comment, "Damn, now thats a slice of avocado." His sweet potato tater tots were very good. He had me try one. He was right. Now only if he would have kicked down one of those avocado slices! I will be back....... Oh I will be back!!!! Thank you Emily for your service and thank you to your crew for making the best meal I have had in years!!!!!

I tried a few good beers here, all from bottles or cans since I was interested in stuff in excess of 4% alcohol. The Golden Ale was quite nice and very refreshing. The Anniversary barleywine was good at best but was kind of disappointing for a barleywine. The Cockeyed Cooper was awesome. Everything on draft could easily be found in local grocery stores and such since it has to follow the <= 4% alcohol law so I wasnt particularly compelled to try those. The food is pretty good - Id recommend ordering spicy dry rub wings. The garlic burger was pretty solid and big as well. The menu isnt large but what they have is pretty good, definitely a lot better than many brew pubs Ive been to.

Enjoyed both beer and the food. Beer is of course quite subjective, I tried samples and enjoyed them, not my most favorite but good! The service was very good, we went on Tuesday, slow night , one bartender - very friendly girl!! They close at 9pm, we arrived at 8:30pm, however , it was enough time for ordering food, too. I got fish and chips. SO GOOD! Chips are literally chips, not fries, I am indifferent to them but the fish was GREAT! MY fiancé got their chicken sandwich with sweet potato tots. Sandwich tasty but the tots were outstanding!! I would order a bucket of those and eat them all :) Good time there.

Make sure you check your receipt. I caught the server attempting to overcharge for a drink. When called out on it, he argued with me. Told me the menu was wrong. He talked to a manager and continued to tell me how they should still charge me more. What kind of baloney is that? Definitely not returning. Lucky you got a tip at all. Made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor to reduce it to menu price. Had to ask for water glasses, even though we got a water pitcher. Asked for sauce, he forgot until food was cold. Nice try Austin, but you might want to consider a job that doesnt involve customers.

HOP NOSH! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BALANCED (HOP/MALT), CLEANEST AND MOST REFRESHING IPAS THAT IVE EVER HAD. THANK YOU. My first tasting...July 2, 15. The Hops, (are they a blend of varietys?), really come thru without a lot of bitterness as compared to say, Torpedo. Was the formula created by one Brewmeister or were there others involved in this exceptional Ale? Whoever did it deserves a boost in pay! Hop Nosh IPA is my new Pale Ale to promote to friends and relatives via word of mouth. It doesnt get any better than that.

Uinta has gone through quite the face lift in the last few year- new branding, an expanded brewery, new recipes, a completely new pub and storefront, and a widened offering of beers. All of these efforts have certainly paid off. This location has great pub food with locally sourced options, and they serve a large selection of Uinta brews on tap and by the bottle. Ask for a free tour. They will give you free beer. :)

Use to be my favorite hole in the wall pub with huge sandwiches and good prices on growler refills. Last year they remodeled and raised prices and its never been the same. Go downtown where you have a better selection of restaurants rather than searching for this place buried in an industrial park. However, Uinta is still my favorite local brewery, just buy their beer in the grocery store and be on your way.

The beer: Hop Nosh is a solid choice. I tried a couple of session IPAs that were... Average I suppose. Their gose was good though if you like something on the tart side. Had great service from their knowledgeable bartender. Food was great, especially so for a brewery. I tried a little of my coworkers fish and chips and they were great. My salad was awesome as well.

Thank you Uinta for resolving my issue with the online order. I am ready to bury the hatchet, and go back to being a big fan of your beer and brand :) Please resolve the other peoples orders too who are having the same issue. There are a few people on instagram that are waiting a month too for their web store orders !

Really great beer. Despite the very weird laws about serving beer over 4% out of bottles only hints is doing a great job. The tap room is very nicely done. Many taps and many bottles available. The food was great too. We especially loved the beer battered fish and chips, made with salmon! Super delicious.

Ive never had a garlic burger that quite compared to the one served during a rather busy lunch rush. The bartenders werent overly attentive to me, but there were a few large parties they were focused on, so all is forgiven. For an interesting twist, try the sweet potato tater tots!

Beer is fantastic! Love the selection. Love the beer store! Could sit here for many hours. Poor location, middle of industrial park. Food sucked. Sandwich was poor, wings were by far worst I have ever had. Staff was just there to work. Nothing over the top beyond the beer.

Bartender was very rude but the beer was good. I wont go back there because there are so many great friendly places in Utah! Go to Epic Brewery its awesome, great beer and everyone was so kind. Uinta Brewing was only friendly to locals. Very rude to visitors.
