DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO HERE! We always have a bad experience here. EVERY TIME! First there were hair in our fries and they said that there was nothing that they can do about it. They accused us of putting the hair in our own fries after eaten 5-6 pieces. We said okay, no big deal, what ever. The next time we went, the score board above were giving points to the next person from the previous bowler. For example...Its Sallys turn to go and we know this because her name has been highlighted for more then 10 seconds. Sally rolls a strike but the points goes to Johnny and now is 20 points above Sally. We asked if an employee can fix it and he tried to explain that thats not what happened and then said thats how its suppose to be. WHAT!! Then the next time we went there, a couple of us decided to go out of boredom but I forgot my socks. I asked to buy a pair but they only had a small size so I bought them anyway just to have something at lease half way on my feet. The lady said that the socks were only $3.00, so I bought them. Four days later I see that she charged $12.99 when I looked online at my account. Me traveling a lot, I finally get the chance to go back up there 6 days after to have them to fix the transaction. The lady at the counter (where you get your bowling shoes and purchase a lane) tried to make it seem like I was lying. She asked me if I bought any alcohol. I told her that "NO" do it look like I can buy any alcohol from this counter. Besides, we didnt buy anything but a game. No food, no drinks! I asked to speak to the GM. I explained everything and he made it seem like I was lying to. He asked for a receipt (which Ive thrown away). I didnt have it, he says "how do I know if youre not lying, theres only 1 button for socks and will only charged $3.00". I told him, what if she made a mistake and pressed the wrong button and charged me for something else and the receipt may say something else. If she was here, she will verify for you". He goes on to say "well I dont believe you and Im not giving anything because the story doesnt add up". I got a little heated and said thats BS and he said "and since youre cursing and getting loud, leave and called the police on me. WTF! Please dont go here unless you want to be robbed! If you do look at your receipt and your food before you leave or eat.

So its late 2013 and this place still has open smoking. Not players mind you - just some guy sitting in the back row smoking and watching people play. I used to smoke for almost 20 years, but not anymore, and even a single smoker a few rows down can put out some stink; it should be in the bar or outside. Im glad my kids werent with us on an un crowded afternoon (I will never take them here as its not real kid friendly). The lanes are decent with just a few pin setting delays - they are better than the big main event multi-use type establishments. My lane was too oily and I threw like ass (I blame the smoker too). This place has leagues all the time taking up most of the lanes, so they probably make enough money to keep the smoking rules as they want. The Pro Shop is cool - its got service and smoke doesnt get in there. Bar has TVs and I think it was less smoky tan the lanes (better ventilation system?). Lotsa Watagua broads. Pool table area has a real middle school feel. I wish something smoke free opened up close by so I can get the kids into bowling. Id give it 3.5 stars if I still smoked (but if it is a whole star only, itd be a 3). If you smoke and play league, this is the place for you.

I went bowling at Brunswick this evening. Great place to bowl, nice/clean facility, excellent staff, great family environment. However I wont be going back, ever, simply because they allow people to smoke at this facility. Second hand is known to cause cancer. We played about an hour and came out reaking of cigarette smoke. I brought my young niece and nephew there, who are from out of town. Our 11 year old nephew is smart enough to know that he shouldnt be around people who smoke. Evidently the management at this facility isnt as smart as an 11 year old. They do have two days where smoking is not allowed, but that isnt good enough. Too bad, like I said nice place. I feel sorry for the folks who work there who are getting so much smoke in their lungs that they will probably die prematurely, just like my dad did - because he smoked. Dr. Michael Landry

This bowling center is very nice (non-smoking) and reasonably priced. My wife and I usually rent a lane for an hour for $20. We can get in 4 games in that time, but we dont waste any time. Saturday night, after 9pm, they have "Cosmic Bowling" with black lights, music videos (country, pop and "clean" rap), strobe lights, and disco lights. It is great fun...unless you are trying to use throw over a specific board. Most people dont care about that on Saturday night though. By the way, the best deals are on Sunday AMs.

Ok so we went and most the arcade machines were out of order or glitchy and my brother spent $20 and got a lot of tickets and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a toy because the machine that gives toys broke and we had to wait for some one to fix it. Also this is a place were CHILDREN have there birthdays and people are smoking cigarettes and cigars! My poor little brother, who has asthma, eyes were red and itchy. I would not recommend bringing kids to this place especially if they have asthma or allergies.

Came here at 12:30pm on a Sunday for a birthday party, got 2 neighboring lanes easily. I was thrown off by no hourly price, they charge per person per game (plus shoes). But since I wasnt sure how many wed have, they let me keep an open tab. They also switched to cosmic bowling at 2pm, and the fries were pretty good (one order is plenty for 2). Nobody stopped us from bringing in our own cake & plates either, so overall a great visit!

Terrible job. A co worker harassed me at work and management told me it was my fault even though hes a hot head. And came up me and fight me after work. And they did nothing. Name is Logan D. at the front counter. And manager Renee told me it was my fault and I do anything wrong with him and I get fired. Which is stupid because I work and I get almost beat up for not wanting to be his friend.

Bowling sucks here. League people are rude and friendly so 50/50 they dont take care of their lanes at all. Sticky spills never get cleaned up. You never know what to expect on the approach. Management and owner needs massive improvement. Lanes also break down repeatedly and never get properly fixed. Once my league is done I will never be going back here.
