I was there having a party the same week as the Garcias who commented below. I have to admit that the game on staff and the managers handled them very well. The Garcias were cussing in public and screaming at people -I really would appreciate if you would not act that way in front of my kids---from what I can tell it was mostly about having to be in laser tag with another group. My understanding from both Game On and Main Event (we priced them also---and I have had parties there---this party rocked compared to Main Event) is that unless you purchase all available laser tag spots at either company---is that you will be combined with other groups. That does not sound unreasonable to me and both places explained that to me when I booked a party. All things considered I believe that everyone was very professional at Game On, I would not have handled the Garcias as well as they did---lets be real you should act a certain way when you are out in public (for that matter anytime in life) I cannot believe how awful this family was, it sounded like they were just trying to get free stuff from Game On. This place rocks and is a great place to take your family. There is a Theater next store and I couldnt be happier with the way I am treated when I am at City Base and the product they offer. The cost is cheaper than Main Event and Chuck E Cheese (also cheaper than Chilis and Applebees for food). Game On we will be back this week. Thanks for treating us with respect when youll were dealing with such awful people....correct me if I am wrong, but arent drinks usually $3.99 unless you are at McDonalds....maybe they dont get out much.

If i could i would give this place no stars!!! Horrible horrible horrible is what best described this place, we got invited to a party here and we felt rushed since the time we got here! The party started at 2, we were out of the room before 3, then had to wait until 5 until our party was about to play lazer quest which was part of the party, by then more than half of our kids had to leave, so we go to the bar to order a few drinks since we had to WAIT A WHILE 2 HOURS to play lazer quest, we order some wings and tater tots, the bartender come back to us after 10 mins to ask if it was boneless or original, barley putting our order in, when there was a most on 2 people at the bar. We finally wait about 20-30 mins for our wings only to find out they didnt put in the tater tot order because the bartender forgot, but if we wanted to we could wait for them to put the order in..... this is the WORST PLACE for a birthday party or family outing! Never will we be coming back here and we hope you dont either!

Went there last week and this place sucks. The pizza tasted like it was made with cheap ingredients. My kids didnt even finish it cause he said it was gross. The games are either outdated or always broken. I heard some people talking about rigging games to make prizes and ticket odds harder. The bartenders arent consistent and drinks never taste the same. Its always filthy in there and the staff is rude. They act like we are a hassle to them (reservation girl). Ill go to Main Event or Dave and Busters instead.This place sucks. Our experience at this facility was not what we expected. First we felt rushed because we only had one hour and 30 minutes. I was always having to look for the attendants asking for more soda, more game cards as kids showed up. Several times they were out talking to the girl at the cash register/computer. Second, our party was set to make this facility a descent amount of money when to our shock we were charged $224 for kids that did not show. However it made $256 with game cards for children over 12 and adults and another $214 in extra pizzas and drinks for additional guest which clearly made up for the kids that did not show. Our bill was $914 and I cant imagine why we would be charged the no show for kids when it clearly made the allotted money it was previously going to make. I feel it is unethical to do business this way and do not recommend this facility for your childs birthday party.

I took my family a few days ago to try out the place. I will never go back! I paid for 2 unlimited cards for my kids only to find out that half the games were out of service. There isnt that many arcades or games to begin with and half of them were not working. I counted 19 out of service. But yet they still charge you full price for the unlimited card. Also when we decided to go order food, the young female bard tenders had an attitude and acted as if they didnt want to be there. The entire dining area was filled with dirty tables that hadnt been cleaned up yet. Drinks spilled on the floor and trash everywhere. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned in order to sit down. I witnessed several other customers do the same. Horribly run place. No systems in place and horrible customer service. I will tell all my friends and family never to go there!

Our first time today and we had fun! We took our 2 year old son. We had some food which was good and good price.the waiters were very kind and great customer service. I liked the place it was very chill and we had alot of fun. A bunch of teenagers working but they were all very nice! Brandon was very nice and made our bumper kart experience really enjoyable. i love going somewhere and the staff is so friendly! I dont know what these bad reviews are talking about. Its fun and not very expensive. will be going back with my kid and recommend to other families with kids. Thank you all for been so friendly.

Little disappointed, thought my kids would have enjoyed it more but they are disappointed with some of the machines not working. We booked for Unlimited 2 hours of arcade time but that does no justice. I would say stick with putting money on the card to earn tickets. I should had been aware with laser tag height requirements and oversize vest that wont fit at a certain age. I would have preferred just the ball pit experience which was extra $8 a kid I had to pay for so kids could enjoy their experience. Only good thing is the private room with a TV.

The price for a party is reasonable. What they dont tell you is if you do not fill your 20 slots; they will combine the laser tag with another party. We like to purchase soft drinks for our guests and they forgot to mention that the drinks are $3.99 each. We got there 30 minutes before the party so we may go over the party and they waited until the party began interrupting conversations to ask questions. Dont get me wrong. The kids had fun but for the parents who paid. It was a nightmare. Veryunorganized . Never again will I have a party there .
