I have taken my 1-6 year old children here for about two years now. This cost is very inexpensive and air condition is so nice in the hot summer or heat during cold winter days. The owner has been pleasant each time we have showed up. I believe his children help out and they have always been polite to us. The space is small which I appreciate because having young children within my eye line feels safe. Facilitiy is clean when I have been. I wont discredit some of the comments or grievances as they are legitimate (opening hours, soap dispensers, air condition). However, some of these complaints are silly. Late party guests are not the owner/operators responsibility. Two hours is standard at every venue I have hosted and attended parties at. Longer running parties are an additional fee. Open play hours beyond 2:00 pm would be nice but open play is tailored towards stay at home parents and home schoolers. The open play hours are unfortunately standard for most facilities . My family has memberships and/or frequents the zoo, Doseum, Morgans Wonderland, Pump It Up, (now closed) Funtastic Playland, Alamo Gymnastics, The Jumpy Place, and Altitude.

Had a phenomenal time at my granddaughters 2nd birthday party. The variation of toys that seemed to fit for any age group from the Toddlers to the elders. The large playroom kept the young kids at heart very occupied, the lounge room kept the older kids at heart occupied as well. Couldnt ask for a better place to have chosen for my granddaughters party. You get the best of both worlds here. It was a change for me but very much appreciated the fact that I did no decorating nor setting up a thing. Gilbert and his staff at Just add children our unique in customer service, organization and customer loyalty. I would recommend this place for any age birthday party. The many things they offer from the popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones, to the variation of toys and games is one like no other....Thank you for making this day so special for my granddaughter!

I initially gave a 1 star review.... I tried to bring my toddler here for the first time today. Their Facebook page says they open at 9, but apparently that isnt the case. We got there right at 9 and after waiting 10 minutes the door was still locked and no one was answering the phone. Needless to say, my toddler was very disappointed and I was very irritated. Looks like well be checking out Pump it Up instead. I changed my review to 3 stars... After 15 minutes, they opened the door so we go to check it out after all. It was smaller than I expected it to be and the bathrooms and changing table were pretty dirty/gross looking. My toddler had fun though, so I would bring her here again in the future if we needed to kill some time and wanted to be in the air conditioning.

Only thing that was great was the fact that there was a good size play area for the kids , but getting the food and how the employee handled explaining everything to the invites was just rude ? Everytime he would talk was just annoying cause of how rude he sounded like does he not hear himself ,telling people they can leave to just cause they got up to move from the kids table he demanded .. I think this man needs more training ,to handle a crowd. He was a big heavy set guy . The younger thinner one was excellent he talked to everybody in a professional manner and definitely not rude . Great job at handing out the cake to . Was there at 6pm 10/9/16

If you live on this side of town youd be crazy not to take your kids. The play equipment is excellent, there is a lot of variety and selection, the building is very secure, and the staff is unbeatable- truly the kind of people I want around my kids and myself. Current prices are $5 for kids, adults are free. With prices like that theres just no excuse not to go check it out. The owner even gave my daughter a little present because it was her birthday! Take it from a life-long cheapskate- youll definitely get your moneys worth here!

Really great place. Very friendly owners. Great prices. Awesome toy variety. I love the way that kids of all ages can really enjoy this place and its still safe unlike so many indoor play areas where rowdy 7 to 10 year olds are endangering toddling 1-3 year olds. Older kids play differently and should be able to run like crazy and jump off of stuff, and toddlers should be able to stare off into space and explore without being worried about being trampled. JAC does a great job at catering to everyone.

They dont have a time on their website stating when they are open or closed. Also, I called and nobody picked up the phone. I was excited to go to a place like this. But now I just dont know if I want to. According to their message over the phone. They are open Monday thru Friday for regular play from 9am-2pm. I think they should change those times to last longer. There are parents who have to work 8hr shifts. We need a place like this to be open for play after 3pm.

We had our sons 4th birthday there the staff was nice and attentive. The negative was everything felt really rushed the 2 hours seemed like enough time when I booked the place. Once the party started some of our guests arrived a little late giving them less time to play. My son was upset that we had to leave and in the end it just wasntenough time for what we paid I regret having it there. I felt really bad my son didnt enjoy much of this day :( will not be going back

We really enjoy JAC. However this last time that we went there were multiple lights beside the bounce house that were out making the corner dark. Also, there were a couple of moms trying to record all the kids not just theirs. I dont mind partners recording their own kids, but I dont care for them recording everyone elses children. They left after a short period time which made the whole thing seen sketchy.

I cant find anything negative to say about this establishment. Its clean. The people are the friendliest people. Even the people who frequent there are friendly. They serve food so it can be an all day event if you want it to be. My kids positively adored every minute there. Its awesome for all ages. Its an amazing establishment.

This place is pretty good for small children. I wold say 5 and under. The children can run around and play with toys and ride on toys. The price is reasonable at 5 dollars for the adult. It is not fancy or brand new but of you need a place that is indoors to let your little one run around this place will work.

The place is okay, but the video game controllers batteries run down frequently, not leaving much for older guests to do. Yesterday the bathroom hand soap dispensers were all broken, and the air conditioner wasnt working well, if at all. This made for a swampy atmosphere after awhile.

A Private User

We have had two parties at JAC and they both went off perfectly! The staff took care of everything. We actually had time to enjoy the party, take pictures and socialize with family and friends. We will definitely be booking our next party at Just Add Children.
