Theres only a handful of breweries in McKinney but this is my preferred one. Its located in a warehouse on the east side of McKinney, near the cotton mill. Theres a large bar top that can accommodate a generous amount of patrons, and the times I went we have not had any issue finding a place to sit. On nice days they open the garage-like doors and move some of the tables and seating outside. Theres a stage and a few TVs mounted around the inside, a gift shop to buy TUPPS swag, and men and womens restrooms. The beer selection is great and features a wide variety of beer styles. They have lighter beers like a wheat and a hefeweizen that tend to be more forgiving to those new to craft beer (hey, not everyone is a fan!). They also have a pale ale, spiced port, and stout (and more, it changes frequently). Youre like to find a beer on tap here that wont be in bottles or cans (they had "Road Rage" when we went. Like their "Northbound 75" pepper beer, but with double the peppers!). The staff has always been kind and eager to teach newcomers about their beer. This place is definitely one of my favorite local spots to grab a beer due to the selection of beer styles and the laid-back atmosphere.

Great great place to visit. If you live in Collin county or just happen to be passing by and you are over 21 you have to go see this place. Not only do you learn about the art of brewing beer but you also learn what it takes to run a company through the awesome tour that the co-owner gives. The beers are great and the ambiance is amazing.

Friggin love this place, you can bring you whole family (dogs included) for a good time, good live music on saturdays, and the beer is always nice and cold! And delicious! Thanks craft beer breweries for making my habit seem like a neat hobby lol!

I can bring my kids! This place is easy to bring family and visitors to, and not have to battle the crowds like a lot of other McKinney attractions. Its hot in the summer and its an open air warehouse so be sure to dress accordingly.

This is my kind of place, not a huge fan of a bar atmosphere, but this is anything but. Great place to hang out, lots of games, lots of space. Nice friendly people. Good live bands! Doesnt get much better than this.

They have an awesome green hatch Chile beer called northbound 75. The location of the brewery is awesome and very nicely load out. Very easy to get in and out of compared to other breweries in DFW.

Had a team business meeting and the venue was perfect. We loved the beer selection and the atmosphere. The owner and his children are great at what they do and have a great selection of beer.

This is going to be a beautiful place to visit. A brewery just out of Dallas with a real beer garden complete with a 100 year old cotton mill attached. Cant wait for the opening!
