Conditions are similar to a mid-level public course. Very similar conditions to Iron Horse or Fossil Creek. Certainly not what you would expect from a TPC course that is in the same membership range as Colonial. Fairways and greens are solid at best, bunkers are trash. They are full of rocks and, somehow, also incredibly soft and fluffy. Very difficult to control your shot out of these. Highly disappointed.

Great course with reasonable amounts of play, refreshing in Dallas with most courses being over crowded. They maintain the course well.. Zoysia fairways and bent greens
