Ive read the most recent reviews on here and in my opinion they are inaccurate. For the price, this is one of the best courses in the North Dallas/Frisco area. $30 all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a full 18 hole course cant be matched by any other courses in the area. Dont let the price fool you either.....this isnt a goat ranch. The greens are kept in great shape and they just redid all the bunkers. Now they are full of rich sand to trap those arrant shots. Yes, the course is flat but 95% of the courses in this area are as well. The course is mostly surrounded by houses which can lead to a cramped feel at times but I wouldnt say it takes anything away from the beauty of this course. There are multiple holes where youre driving or hitting over water. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it can get crowded at times but I wouldnt describe the wait as out of the ordinary. It is a major metropolitan area with tons of people wanting to play golf. Any course in the area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is going to be crowded. FYI, Tuesdays and Thursdays are really only crowded for the really early tee times. Just a couple of weeks ago I set a 9:30 tee time and we didnt have anyone in front or behind us. So to recap, value wise I dont think you can find a better course in the area. Fun little course hidden in the heart of Frisco. Several shots over water or greens with water on 3 sides can challenge veteran golfers. Several fairly straight par 4s makes this course fun for beginners as well. Keep an eye out on idealgolfer and you can sometimes find coupons to play for $30 on the weekends.

Had a 3:23 tee time with just me and my brother. Teed off at 4:00 after waiting on 4 groups at the first hole. From my first experience playing this course I was very disappointed. It took nearly 2 hours to get to hole 4! It was overbooked. No Warden. No oversight. Too many kids playing. After calling the clubhouse we were told it was ok to skip 2 groups ahead and pair up with a 2some, in fact it helped the people behind us speed up as the 2some was very far ahead: unfortunately the 2some did not want to play with us and we decided we would hit hole 4 and then call it a day. Thats when we were approached by a guy from first group we skipped. The guy approached us and insulted me and my friend. He called us Aholes and we were the reason why everything was slow, he also was threatening us. This is a guy who had hit 2-3 mulligans on the first 2 holes. He also sent 3 balls into the neighborhood next to the tee box. He was out of line. It was also ironic that he spent 5-10 minutes angry which made the group behind him wait. This is why you need a warden at all times! After making our way towards the clubhouse we found out why it was so slow: a group of 6 kids were playing, 4 were walking the course and 2 were in a cart. They allowed walking on the weekend! They were nice enough to give me a rain check, although I feel I should have gotten my money back. Also want the player from the group in front of us that teed off on Sunday 6/5/16 right before I teed off at 3:23 to be banned from that course. He and his son were in that group. Ban them please!

This place use to be great but going down hill. They removed the GPS from carts, have fewer staff so no cart person anymore, no water out on holes but yet have to purchase theres? Course is still good but all the small things that made it great are now gone. Also on top of them removing all the small perks they increased the price. I will just now go to other courses and this one has lost me and my weekly game. I am disappointed but since they have now gone corporate things are just about money and no longer about the game. Please be prepared for a 6 hour round now, since they over book players and dont keep up with pace of play it has caused so many people to play that are shooting 110+ in groups of 4 and dont allow players to play through. I shoot in low 80s and was stuck behind a 4 some that would not allow me to play through and the manager said to skip the hole then or leave. It seems they are more worried about putting people on course for money. Now I am not against players that are needing improvement playing but they need to follow the rules and allow players to play through instead of hacking up the fairway, not filling in divots, twisting feet on greens and causing damage then getting upset when we ask to play through. Any group that takes 25 minutes to play a par 3 when they had no waiting shouldnt be allowed to hold everyone else up.

I own a property that backs onto this golf course. Their trees are so overgrown that no sunlight can penetrate through and all of my grass is dead. My husband contacted Austin Fernandez in person, explained to him that I was about to carry out some renovations and was going to re-sod my backyard. I asked for his help by arranging to trim his trees so sunlight could fall on the new grass. He told me "no problem, it should take no more than a week to 10 days". Believing him, I laid sod. I followed up a week after with an email. No response. A phone message. No response. Another phone message. No response. Another email. No response. Another voicemail. No response. Yesterday, August 4th, my husband visited in person again but Mr. Fernandez was too busy to meet with me, his manager (name unknown) was too busy to meet with me and the employee at the golf shop offered me the phone number of the maintenance guy who does the tree trimming. This place sucks. Do not play golf here!

The course is good for the low cost. However, due to the lower cost the course seems to be completely packed most of the time. I played this past Friday after work and it took 3 1/2 hours to play 9 holes. I found myself waiting 15 minutes on average before I could tee off on each hole. I would rather the management say were full then let every walk in play the course. Im now considering finding a higher priced course in hopes its less crowded.

This was a nice golf experience. The course is in good shape, the greens had been top dressed earlier in the week, but it has to be done some time. Looked like they are in good shape below the light sand topping. The course is very flat and the design is a bit uninspired. I wouldnt want to make a steady diet of this course but Im here on vacation and it was a great bargain. The staff was very helpful and was a definite plus for me.

Course is ok. Very flat but it has some risk reward hole to make it interesting. The advertised $22 tue is false. They make you pay for the gps so it ends up just under 30$. If you try to use other coupons they have "special" pricing for that too. The course would be great to walk but they say it is too dangerous because of the spillway on 10. I dont make the dr up there anymore. I do not recommend this course to friends
