Beautiful park. Has a nice boat launch. If you dont have a sticker you will get towed. Seems like they could charge you to use the boat launch and generate some revenue for thier precious little town. I would take some of those lacrosse fields and make parking and make a killing charging to launch. Hell, it could be a great place to hang out if there was a snack bar and some amenities. Im sure the handful of residents are paying way less than what my idea could generate. What do I know, Im white trash that lives outside the beautiful gates of Kingwood.

The only thing I do here is disc golf (I am not welcome as clearly noted by the signage since I cannot afford to live in Kingwood). I can only play when my richer friend plays and gives me a ride. The course is extremely difficult but well maintained. It is used often but I hardly ever get stuck waiting or get rushed by a trailing group. Make sure you have a K sticker if you are going to park in the main lot. I guess the ridiculous cost of getting a sticker gives you dibs on the park so if you have one and do not use the park...

This is a terrible park full of snakes both the crawling ones and two legged ones in a tow truck, because no where is it mentioned that this is a private park and towing is enforced until you come back to find your car towed and a $ 320 impound yard fee to get your car out. I have disabled veterans plates and they still towed my car, no respect for veterans, dont waste your time going to this terrible park.

Unacceptable!! Im disappointed in Kingwood after hearing the reviews. I was wrong to believe I can move there. The parks should be free to the public!! No K stickers! I do Not want my Children to learn if we are not rich and live on a proper street they can Not go to the park!! Unacceptable!!

This park is private to Kingwood residents which requires a "K" sticker displayed on the vehicle. There is an 18 hole disc golf course, soccer fields, boat ramp, playground, and bathrooms. Towing is enforced but there are signs posted to indicate this.

I am a Kingwood resident, and was denied a sticker... they said I dont live on the right street... only residents of certain streets in Kingwood are eligible. I guess the rest of us Kingwood residents arent good enough for their precious little park.

Yes, this is not a public park. There are signs CLEARLY stating that its for Kingwood residents only and without a "K" sticker you will be towed. So, to everyone writing negative reviews to keep people away...thanks. Youre why our park is so nice.

What kind of low life tows cars on a saturday morning during little league soccer? You even towed the poor guy who was reffing games. I sure hope the $222 i had to pay goes to mowing all the weeds in your crummy park.

Drove from Conroe to fish the river here. Nothing obvious on the website saying we need to live in Kingwood. No K sticker obviously. Maybe Kingwood residents should be banned from Lake Conroe. Lol

Do NOT drive 30 miles to this park like I did. Nowhere on the website or on the reviews does it say you have to live in Kingwood and have a sticker for your car. They will tow it if you dont.

This is a park for local residents only apparently, but we didnt know that upon visiting. It was a quick visit anyway and we enjoyed the walk around the park and river.

This is an amazing park and a great place to have a picnic. This park is for Kingwood residents only. You must have a K sticker to come here otherwise you will be towed.

At the south end of Woodland Hills Drive, River Grove Park houses a soccer, lacrosse complex, Frisbee golf course, picnic area, boardwalk, boat launch and playground.

Great place for taking pictures or feeding the turtles. Also a good spot to put a kayak in the water for a nice day of exploring.

Beautiful, well kept, great boardwalk around the river, and bring your camera for the egrets, duck, deer, and many other wildlife.

Has a pretty difficult disc golf coarse but seems to always need to have lawn care or some its a jungle out there

Great place for families they even have a workout area! Only con is there were no water fountains that I saw.
