Allstar Ambassador

A must see when visiting Houston! Some of Houstons oldest homes from our contributing fathers were moved to this location on the site of our oldest park from 1899. Visit the museum while there for continuosly changing exhibit themes.

Yall should be open on a Sunday. Take Monday and Tuesday off (an idea). Sunday, like Saturday, is a day that many Houstonians have off and would benefit from this place being open when we are off from work.

They need to put more effort into friendly and interactive guides and front desk people. Diaper bags are not allowed here for men or women with babies, per the front desk woman who yelled at me repeatedly.

Great time checking out the Heritage Society. You get to pick out of 8 houses which 4 interest you the most. The houses cover a pretty wide range of early Houston area architecture and home life.
