We enjoyed the heck out of ourselves when we come here. Even though we misunderstood about the times of closing, as we were told over and over again that closing time was at 9pm, when it was actually 6pm, we ended up getting to stay until about 7:45pm! We were with a private party at the park, but the party next to us had rented out the entire park for after hours. The park thought we were part of that party, and WE thought our party was included in the after hours thing, because we thought the company my husband works for had paid for the park to stay open late as well. Because of all the confusion, we had no idea we werent supposed to be there, and the staff didnt know either. It wasnt until we were ready to go that we figured it out after talking to one of the park supervisors. Despite the confusion, the staff was nice to us anyway, and the experience of having a whole waterpark, almost, to ourselves was incredibly fun. I definitely call that a once in a lifetime fluke that happened, but we enjoyed it so much. It made lasting memories for us all, thats for sure. The slides were super fun, the lazy river was relaxing, but the only yuck part I have to say is that I didnt enjoy running into other peoples hair floating around in the water and getting on me. I dont hold the park accountable for this though. I just imagine that this is part of the stuff you deal with if you go to a public park. So, I just dealt with it and kept on having fun. :D

I would give this park a ZERO if I could based on my first and last time there today. This park has the worst customer service. Do not waste your time. We drove nearly an hour to get to the park. They had one sign listed at the front cashier stating one slide was down due to maintenance. We decided that would be ok and paid admission to get in. We went thru security had our bags checked and then quickly realized that half of the attractions were closed due to no staff. We never touched the water before deciding to leave. The manager Justin offered ZERO assistance and basically told us we were out of luck. There was NO warning as we paid CASH admission that half of the slides and lazy river were closed and they spoke nothing of it as they took my cash for admission of 7 people. They would not issue a rain check nor would they issue a refund. I asked for someone higher than Justin, he refused to provide a name or number. I found a number online for Hawaiian Falls corporate and the number goes straight to a voicemail that has a mailbox too full to accept new messages. I am so highly disappointed in their business methods.

Let me be the first of what I can only imagine will be many more to come in telling you how nice it was to hear a great mix of (child friendly ) music although if I could make a suggestion, it would be to add a few more speakers near the river but it was pleasant without also :) Furthermore, as I listened to the tunes being played A+++++ TO YOU for playing christian music also!!! As we listened to the very trendy songs of new and old I was amazed that you guys are above the "norm" and not in any way filtered by fear of backlash!! WAY TO GO I SAY!!! It was very clean, EXTREMELY child friendly and I agree with the statement of being a refreshing alternative to Hurricn Harbor!!! It was 104 the day of our visit but the kids were well entertained, FAST RIDE LINES and not one complaint !!! ALWAYS A PLUS FOR A MOM !! Great job!!!!! The Berkleys

Muy buen lugar para los niños, tenia mucho que no veia una alberca con olas, alguna persona que ya no quiso entrar me regalo sus season pass y solo pague como el 10% de entradas pero eso si lo mejor de todo unas viejotas bien ricas y buenas tanto que ese dia me ligue una y le puese un buen faje dentro de la alberca hasta dejarle bien calientota y exitada pero en realidad si es un buen lugar para divertirse y recreas la mirada

Ive had season passes for 2 years now. I chose to get the food and drink passes to go along with it. Would be great if they ever had half of the food options in stock! Hello? Who is in charge of purchasing?? You should have french fries in stock! We were there at 10am this morning and you were already out of corn dogs, chicken fingers, french fries and the mini melts cart was out of service. Of course the kids working have NO CLUE whats going on. Perhaps you all need to take a look at management, purchasing and basic quality control Also, some of the life guards are a bit rude and seem miserable to be there. The water in the slides is murky in the kids area. Pirates Cove in Burleson was a much more pleasant experience!

Use to love this place. But when we purchased 4 season passes last summer during a special, they were not offering the food and drink passes. Now when we came today we tried to buy these passes and was told that they are no longer selling the food pass and that this morning they were told to bit so anymore drink passes. One of the only rains we renewed this year was because of those passes. Do after asking to speak to a manager, a young guy came up and didnt even try to satisfy us. We then asked for our $200 back for the season passes, he said he would not refund our passes just because we couldnt get the other passes. We asked for someone else and he rudely informed us that he was the only one in charge today.

Had a terrible experience. My 10 year old son was struck on the head by a massive ice cube that was launched at him by a 20 year old man that was suppose to be taking care of a group of kids that were visiting the park. We were short of calling the police because park managements response to the incident was "he already apologized to your son and they are leaving already anyway". What did we want? For the man to be immediately thrown out of the park because he assaulted my son! He did not belong in a place where there are children around! I was very disappointed. We traveled form pretty far away (6 hours to be exact) to take our children to a safe and fun place, and it didnt pan out.

We had a great time! Everyone was friendly The food was good for a water park. Service was ok there were a lot of young kids working so alot were eating and really didnt care about service to much. Weather was coming our way and they really didnt keep up with it and when the rain came we couldnt understand the announcement. We had to ask what was going on.. it was a dirty in some areas of the park.. the Cabana we rented didnt have a vault for personal items like they said they were a bit worn. For 165 dollars for a Saturday Cabana boy was overwhelmed with customers it took a bit but he did the best he could.. maybe I will go back our toddler enjoyed it..
