Bass Hall wants too high of a fee for Local Art, Dance, and Theatre groups wanting to have command performances there. Bass Halls lack of support (reasonable fees for use) for Fort Worth artists puts locally acclaimed modern dance, modern ballet, musical groups and bands, and theatre groups in a position to have to charge outrageous ticket prices to even break even. They cant break even ($50,000/night rental). This should not be acceptable to Fort Worth arts patrons. I refuse to go see national companies at Bass Hall because they betray the local companies.

Love every performance here, including family oriented ones. Always have awesome seats, and even had the privalege of being seated right next to the Basss themselves. The best seats would have to be right in the middle, in the box tier. Not only for the view and sound, but for easy access in and out. None of the bumper to bumper people traffic on the floor. Plus, you can order wine and such. A place of beautiful architecture, sound, and performances to bring the entire family or just for a romantic evening out.

Always an enjoyable venue for productions. We have seen several plays, musicals and even an opera. The structure is beautiful and the performance Hall has the ambiance of an elegant playhouse. Refreshments, including adult variety, are usually available before and during intermission. Drinks can be taken in the hall using purchased containers. The containers can be brought back to future performance to be refilled.

Saw the Nutcracker with my daughter. What a wonderful experience! The staff is super helpful directing us to our seats, the bathroom, the bar. Even from high seats the view of the stage and audio was good. Themed cocktails in to go cups were available, a bit pricey but not unexpected. Parking is a close walk.

Took my daughter to a performance of Beethoven! Definitely going back. The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, when an elderly gentlemen went the wrong way and encountered stairs with his walker, the staff member made sure that he made it down safely and helped him on his way.

Wonderful place for performances. The seats we had this last weekend were in the upper gallery but we were still able to hear and see everything without any issue. The building is gorgeous and there is parking only a block away to use. Dress was both formal and informal (Sunday best).

Bass Hall has been producing some of the finest performances in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area for years now. As a kid, I remember visiting Bass Hall for field trips to see the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and other big names. I would definitely come here to see some excellent artists!

Honestly, this has to be the best performance hall in Texas. The acoustics are perfect, the shows are second to none, the architecture is awe-inspiring, and the history behind this building is simply amazing. I recommend going here. If not for shows, at least take a tour.

This is a great place if you like plays. Its so much fun to watch real people acting right in front of you. We saw the play "Wait Until Dark" adapted from a 1967 movie. It was very well done, and we enjoyed it so much my husband wants to go to each new play.

I saw Phantom of the Opera here for the first time. At first, my speculation was that the stage was too small, but it was transformed over and over again The sound quality was also amazing! I cant wait until I go back for another show!

When making reservations check seats carefully. We ended up farther back than what the "seat preview" had showed when buying tickets. We also ended up seated behind the light guys who talked through most of the performance.

Going to Bass Hall was a great experience. It was my first time. The hall itself is beautiful, classy, feels like youre stepping back in time, just a little. The performance was also excellent. I will be going back.

Its a must drive by at the very least in down town fort worth at Sundance square. The inside is amazing as well and have always had a great time there. Tip: free valet across the street at Cheesecake, just tip well.

Helpful and courteous staff, top notch performances, and great valet parking system. It is an honor to treat clients to Bass Hall after they buy a home with our team. Sincerely, Kati Story Keller Williams Realty

There may not be any bad seats from the floor looking up the balconies but the boxes on the balconies have very limited views especially the back rows on sections along the sides - you can not see half the stage!

Good place to relieve memories of Opera shows. Good location for experience of the Fort Worth downtown and free parking on weekends close by. Sitting arrangements may be a little headache however.

Beautiful inside! We took a public tour that they have every Saturday at 1030 and Gene is a great tour guide! Had lots to say about the building. I definitely want to see a show here someday!

This hall is one of the most beautiful Ive seen, from the exterior to backstage, and Ive seen all of it. Not all performances are luminary, but in this hall any performance gains credibility.

My favorite Broadway venue in the DFW area. All the tour productions are top notch, the theatre itself is not too big to have a good view, and the prices are very reasonable too.

Dress Sharp and get there early to take it all in. Awesome networking opportunity as well. Need something cheaper? Lookout for symphony in the park tickets.
