I went to the Smyrna Kids Safety Day. They had the new play area/museum (dont remember the name), open to the public and the new pool area. The entire place was spectacular! It was good fun for several hours. They have a padded style room for the kids to play in. You have to be a certain age to go up to the top and wear closed toed shoes, but it was pretty cool. I will definitely be going back for my daughter to go to the top. Plus the pool area had an awesome splash pad playground for the kids. It has giant water slides and a pool. There was a discovery room inside for the kids to learn about wildlife and nature. There were several interactive activities to do inside as well. Besides just that, the playground in this park is gigantic. Literally the biggest playground Ive ever been to. They have several platforms for multiple ages. Theres also a splash pad in Smyrna that is great as well. I think Smyrna is exceeding expecations and going above and beyond to make this a wonderful city! It is truly great to be a parent in this city.

The kids love going to this parks play area. They also love climbing on the big rocks behind the play area. They have fairly clean restrooms for a public park and several areas to grill and have birthday parties.

Great place lots of shade you can use the grills there or walk the trails swings slides plenty of room for the kids to burn that energy out my son and me like it there been bringing him there since he could walk

Took the trail around the park and although many spots are pretty nice, the trail walls right by a water plant and on the backside of a older neighborhood. Paved all the way and has some nice shaded areas.

I loved this place then I went for.My daily walk and noticed crime tape every where and tried to find out what happened there with no luck so havent been back

Great place for families and parties. Just dont bring any food from outside. They wont let you bring anything in from outside. Just a heads up.
