Large, fenced in area for dogs to gather and be social! There are two separate areas: one for small dogs and one for large dogs. We have been there a couple times now and have enjoyed our time. As with any park kind of area, youll get a mixed bag of people. However, most of the people we have met there have been super friendly. The park supplies bows (and a fountain to fill them) and poop bags for the dogs, and picnic tables for the people (some covered). Its unfortunate that some people dont utilize the provided bags. Walking through the area is like walking through a mine field, but what do you expect when dogs gather and play all day? There is little oversight by any "officials"; so the park is pretty regulated by the people using it. So, its up to the owners to be able to either control their dog, or restrain them when something does happen. Not saying this is a bad thing, because having to station someone there would probably mean the park wouldnt be free to use anymore. Overall, a great place to take your dog, and we will continue to take ours there!

I take my dog here a couple times a month; she is a smaller dog so we tend to stick to the right side of the park. Theres not a lot of shade so it tends to get hot, so the river is a good place to get cool. Ill take her over to the Greenway and into the river to cool off. Its pretty shallow near the bank and she just doggy paddles and follows me around while we walk in the water. She always has a blast and I love watching her have so much fun meeting and playing with other dogs. ALSO, I always bring a can of bug spray because I tend to get tore up by mosquitoes every time I go to the park (or every time I step outside in general) so keep that in mind if you are also prone to getting bit.

Bark park is very nice a big. Lots of good owners frequent this park. However there r a couple regular dogs that have bad owners and think its ok to let Jumpy overexcited dogs that are packed full of energy in without a proper walk b4 hand to release some of their energy. My labradoodle has been ran over by a couple of these dogs and I must correct because the owners of them are clueless.

An excellent place to let your dog run free and play. Lots of enclosed space, tons of friendly dog owners that are respectful and not far away a running river to cool your pet down in. Beautiful park, plenty of supplies to pick up after your pet and dispose of it. A great place to build your relationship and exercise routine with your pet.

Great place for your doggo to have social time. Im glad that Murfreesboro has a bark park. For the most part its well taken care of, but the grass is starting to die in some areas, and the water fountain did not work the last time I visited, so if you bring your furry friend, make sure to also bring some water.

Love this place! I have a one year old pit bull. People are very kind to him. A lot of regulars that are very nice. Every now and then we will get a newbie. Sometimes misbehaved but most owners take care of their pets. For the most part people care for their dogs, their messes and actions.

The Bark Park is hit or miss. Nice large place for dogs to run and clean water provided. The downside is a lot of irresponsible dog owners frequent the park bringing unsocialized dangerous dogs. Aggressive and territorial bulldogs are not uncommon. Your mileage may vary.

I have a Shih-Tzu so my main concern was her safety but they have a large and small dog area with multiple gates to allow you to leash your dog. Fairly clean as most people are respectful of the park, but you still have lazy people from time to time.

Its moderately sized and they have cool doggie water fountain that my dogs are scared of. They tend to run out of poop bags and then theres poop everywhere. There is plenty of seating and an awning if you want to stay in the shade.

I work close by and can always hear people laughing and dogs barking! I have never heard a police siren in over a year of being within earshot. Always clean. Great place to hangout. Within walking distance from Greenway.

The dogs had a great time! It was not a planned trip so I was grateful there was a water fountain for them. A couple of enclosed areas that they could run and play. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place to take your dog. Remember a dog is a dog , they can misbehave so bear this in mind and dont be too protective. Your dog will have fun and you can enjoy watching him have fun

Some dogs are assholes, but other than that, this park is pretty cool. Has shade for the humans. If your dog is ball or toy aggressive do not bring him. Small kids are not a good idea

Great spot to let the pups out to run. Just remember during winter months to bring your own water.

Area was a little dusty but my dog loved it. Be careful for the puppy landmines out and about.
