Horrible staff. I did not know that each individual was required to be 18 to enter the venue. I had my mom with me but was kicked to the curb. Staff watched me cry and beg just to meet the artist and not even attend the concert. I had bought VIP and was asking just for one minute with the artist but they just shook their heads no and walked away. The worst part is that one of the security guards had brought in 6 people before anyone else was allowed in 3 of which looked as if they were aged 11-13. And when confronted the security just simply said "thats my family". How could he watch me cry hysterically and be heart broken knowing he just let in underaged individuals on a biased circumstance. The door was yanked from me when I asked "Can I have one second to just glance at his face" I could see the artist on stage from the door and I just wanted one second to take it in. Before the door shut all the way another fan running from the bathroom told me to not shut the door yet, the security didnt believe my pleads of saying "Wait please theres another girl coming just wait a sec". Overall horrible experience and horrible heartless staff.

The venue is large, and if it werent for the stage it would have a cool warehouse feel, but I liked it as the sound was still good. I arrived after the doors opened and was forced to park two blocks away on the street, where I felt like my car might be broken into, or possibly ticketed. One has to be 21 to enter the bar area, which is the only way to access a smoking area (where I had to go to vape.), and also the only place to buy anything to eat. The menu that evening consisted only of a $6 grilled cheese sandwich, but; it was quite large and very good. My wife and I left early as to avoid any issues with traffic. P.S. If you vape, use a tank, or if you prefer to drip, bring an unopened plastic bottle. I had an unopened glass bottle which I was not allowed to bring inside, and when I returned from my trip back to my vehicle with a plastic one, the security had to examine it because it had been opened.

Great venue, have seen countless shows here. Bouncers and admission staff are great, have seen lines wrap around the block but still managed to get inside within 15 minutes due to speedy staff. Bartenders are always friendly never have to wait in line long at all. Ticket prices are normally very fair for the evenet. The space is large enough that even a thousand people inside wont feel super cramped, not to mention William Colliers next door if you need a break from the crowds. Easily my favorite venue in Nashville

This place really looks like its a repurposed factory. Its honestly not the clubs fault for being so... Smallish? The band I saw here has never been to Nashville until this concert, so I imagine they didnt know how well they would go over and didnt want to book a large venue. It was nearly impossible for someone of my height to see the stage. For the record we saw TWRP, Ninja Sex Party and Starbomb.

This is definitely one of my favorite venues to see bands perform. The sound has always been perfect. When its at capacity we simply moved towards the back and had a clear view. The bar staff are super friendly and helpful. The bathroom attendants are always very polite and fun to chat with. I have never been disappointed with my experience there. Actually, I like it better than the Ryman.

Easily the worst venue Ive ever been to. Only get tickets here if the musician you want to see isnt going to another city youre able to go to. I would prefer to drive two more hours to Atlanta than come back here. Giving it an extra star because the bathroom was nice and had gum (but you could only have gum if you left a tip.) also they didnt even have free water??

Welllllll I would have given it more than one star , but im pretty fed up. Went to the MGK show on 5/2, opened a tab at the front bar. My total with a tip was 62.00$ yet my card was charged 116.00$, contacted the merchant on several occasions and have yet to receive a response OR a reimbursement. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Eh. Big warehouse w/ a stage. Sound isnt as bad as youd think for the environment. Two bars convenient to the back walls - lots of room to walk around. You can hear the music great from the attached bar, so if you dont want to pay for a show, Id recommend just getting loaded next door. At least youd get to sit down.

This is a great venue. The renovations made the sound fantastic and fits about 1,800 people. For smokers like me there is a huge deck to smoke on outside, and you can bring you drinks! Only complaint is I wish prices were cheaper for drinks, but I would say its comparable to other music venues.

I hate this venue. No other place wands you and wants to search you. I guess the security are off duty cops, they sure have that cocky attitude. Wont even let you take pictures. I wish good bands would pay attention and refuse to play this one. Ill never go here again.

Attended a Facebook marketing event in this space and had a great experience. The building is nice and well equipped and prepared to handle things like this. They even had traffic and parking control during the event as parking can otherwise be hard to figure out.

Saw the band "moe." here. Fantastic venue. What always gets me about Nashville is, not only do they have world-class musicians everywhere, but also world-class sound technicians. Marathon Music Works is no exception. Excellent sound system and sound engineers.

I went to two concerts here a few months ago and I really enjoyed myself. I feel like parking was fairly pain-free compared to most places Ive been. Security seems to be on point, no one got hurt or anything, that I know of. I would definitely come here again.

Went to a wedding. Its a large space & is an outstanding alternative to a church or outdoor wedding when the weather is a factor. They had wooded & padded folder chairs that were much nicer than at any wedding Ive attended. Makes for an interesting venue.

P.A. cut off twice during the show. Including the encore. Worst sounding venue in Nashville. Sounds like the band is playing into a megaphone pointed right into a dumpster. The 5 dollar Yuenglings next door pretty much tell you what this place is about.

Marathon has been growing strong for some while, a good venue to host a concert who invite a lot of good talent. Sound is good and lasers work great, bar next door along with taco and pop corn being sold. The outside patio is pretty nice and looks good.

This is a great venue. Gritty and real. Pay the extra $5 for a seat and get there a little early. Friendly staff and good beer selection for the drinkers. Tacos and nachos for me. Thank you very much. The bar next door is a nice hang after the show.

I liked the atmosphere of the club. I loved the bars. I didnt like the sound of the bands playing. Vocals were too low. I realize that might have been tech issues so not letting it affect score. Cool place to concert.
