Unfortunately, we decided to try this again. Food was ok. Service was subpar: took forever to get waited on, forever to get drinks (waitress said her computer was down, we watched bartender playing on her phone constantly, I guess I could have walked over and poured myself), finally got food, had to ask for napkins, ask for silverware. Husbands tall beer was in a short plastic container. Even paying took a while. Sorry, never have left a bad review in my life, but ugh, wont be back.

As with the previous establishment at this same site the management is seriously deficient. Of the 6 times I have been there I found the food acceptable 3 times and not acceptable 3 times. Today when the waitress asked me how my lunch was I told her that the fish was over done and the chips were over seasoned. Her response was to ask if I wanted more soft drink. No visit from the manager even though I was the only customer.

Wretched! Long confusing waits for no reason, employees focusing on excuses and gossip instead of working. Avoid at all costs!! Completely confusing and annoying server changes, workers complaining about ridiculous matters. A SUPER HOT MESS!!!

I got here on a Sunday night on round 32 of the NCAA tournament. I was cut-off after 5 beers and the service was absolutely horrible. I personally will never go back and will tell my friends of my experience who go there. DONT GO HERE

From out of town...first time there or at any of their locations. Good atmosphere, bartender was friendly and very efficient. Loved the thick frosted beer mugs. Hot wings/shrimp were tasty. Ill be back.

The food is good, drinks specials, the service is hit or miss. There are great severs at this establishment but there are several that need an attitude adjustment.
