Brought my 90 year old father to game explaining he couldnt walk too far from gate and uses a cane. I was told our tickets were right inside gate where I got them and a couple of steps down. Imagine my shock to learn our tickets were on the other side of the stadium. Could use more training in listening to the needs of their customers. I had purchased premium seats and would have paid more if needed. This was his 1st trip to Sulpher Dale in 50 years. My first trip to this ball park and most likely my last. Never apologized but finally after speaking with a 6th employee they did get us a wheelchair. My Dad is proud and does well with a cane. I wish they had sold me what I asked for and taken care of the problem instead of insisting we had to walk across the park for any assistance. I dont mind walking, but I get furious when anyone mistreats our elderly, especially my daddy.

This is a nice complex. We have taken the family here a couple of times. The pricing isnt bad, but it isnt great. The new parking garage is a welcomed addition. We were previously bused in from another garage. Now parking is on site. Oddly enough though we were funneled out the main gate after the game. Apparently we stayed too long and had to walk outside the stadium to get to the garage. Fortunately the area appears to be safe. They allow the children to run the bases after the game which they all seemed to enjoy. Some seats have obstructed views of the guitar video screen. Also, this isnt a completely kid friendly place. The Sounds dancers went over the top this past weekend with an inappropriate and poor performance. We had to keep our childrens focus on something else.

Finally made it to the new stadium. What a difference! Greer Stadium had plenty of history and will be missed, but the new park is amazing! New and modern with the retro park feel. Seats are right on top of the game with great sight lines. Love the Band Box outdoor bar located down the right field concourse! Whiskey and Coke Icee and the Field of Dreamsicle frozen drinks are tasty! Shuffleboard and ping pong while you wait. Didnt get to sample any food this trip other than the mandatory popcorn, but the smells of goodness are everywhere. Next time we will eat at the park! Right field concourse also offers a play area for the kids along with mini golf.

pros: We had a great time, the game was exciting and we won! cons: I bought an $8 hotdog. I was expecting a great, ball park frank. I bit into it and spit it back out. I kid you not. What in the world is up with the hotdog? The texture was grainy and weird, like a soy dog. It had no flavor, like a soy dog. I also spoke with out of town visitors and they expressed the same sentiment. Worst hot dog they ever ate, and they expected a GOOD ball park frank too...because...it was a baseball park. thumbs down on the hotdog, you really need to get that one right.

First off this is a great venue to watch a ballgame. Beautiful stadium and view of Downtown Nashville. I loved the huge guitar scoreboard. The traffic getting to the stadium was terrible. Parking was too high at $10 to park and have to walk as far as I did. Employees werent friendly at all. Had a few drunk bonehead fans thinking they were part of the ballgame yelling obscenities that I could do without but I think that is just a Tennessee thing that a few coming down from the hills and never been to an organized baseball game do as they do that in Chattanooga too.

The food from the stadiums caterer was nasty (got diarrhea from consuming food there) and the water from the fish tank container (they dispense the water from) must have been contaminated with cleaning chemicals causing my skin to physically change from normal skin to scaly, reptilian skin then back to normal right before my eyes. Otherwise it could have been hallucinations due to some hallucinogen in the cleaning chemicals they used in cleaning the water tank. Diarrhea and Hallucinations.

Awesome stadium. I couldnt believe the fan base the Sounds have here. I havent been to a game since Greer Stadium, and was completely in awe. My family and I went on a faith and family night and had an amazing time. My handicap daughter was given the best accommodations without really even having to ask. Completely expected though with it being Nashville. Just another reason Im proud to be a Tennessean.

Very nice ballpark for a minor league team. Various food options including hot chicken. Upstairs club level is nice too. Lots of extra activities like bean bag toss and mini golf. Kids activities. Id love to see them expand the seating all the way around like a major league park. Downtown view is nice. Drinks are pricey but expected at a ballpark.

We enjoyed the evening very much! Had not been in probably 20 years. I missed the organ music and more singing. Also, I didnt notice food sellers walking up and down in the stands. That would have helped out the long lines at the concessions windows. The Sounds didnt seem really invested or hyped about the game. Loved the new Park.

This is the best stadium Ive been to. The Nashville Sounds games are always amazing. Theres a kids area for the little ones full of games and physical activity play places, theres adult games, a bar, food vendors and event hosting. All this at a baseball game? Its like a state fair! Make sure you get one of their hotdogs, theyre massive.

The park is a great venue, but the food is typical of any venue. We had Nachos with Barbeque with more chips than Barbeque. The service was just okay at best, but I expect this as they get outside companies to run stands. The venue is great, and parking is not to unreasonable at $10, and open seating is $15-18 for grassy area.

This is a new ballpark, and very clean. I recommend a trip to the Band Box, which is the bar in right field. They serve Whisky Icees and the standing tickets in that area are under 10 bucks. Theyve got corn hole, ping pong, and shuffleboard games out there too.

State of the Art. Excellent place to gather with family and friends. Walking distance of so much to do and see in beautiful Nashville. Food was good. So clean!! Go! And Enjoy!. Oh... The Sounds won and the baseball game was enjoyable as well ;)

Went to a Sounds game here last June and was really impressed with the ballpark. The ballpark has a nice and cozy feel and I had a great view of the field. In fact due to the size of the ballpark I dont think there is a bad view from anywhere.

The new stadium is beautiful in general, but the new netting along the baselines takes away from the fan experience. I love to sit close to the field behind the dugout, but now you have to look through the net and it is very annoying.
