Nice venue. Clean and seemingly easy to navigate. Didnt have to wait to use the restroom, not a single time. One draft beer was $11, and it was about a pint of beer. A 20-oz bottle of water cost $5. These prices and these remarks cover the Bon Jovi concert on February 18, 2017. Its been a lamentably long time since Ive been to a live concert--like 30 years. The Bridgestone Arena was a great place to break that dry spell. We were in section 101, straight ahead from the stage, a bit left of center from that perspective, and about 8 rows up. These were great seats. If I werent getting older and blindy, they would have been even better seats, but for the things I couldnt eyeball, I simply had to gaze upwards to the large monitor. Anything would have been better than the churning jumble of the people in the floor seats, where folks had to stand the entire concert in hopes of seeing anything. I imagine that even the nosebleed seats had a splendid view of the stage, because the Arena really isnt very large. We heard and read that the Bon Jovi concert broke attendance records for a concert at this venue, but it did seem laid back during the concert. Thats most likely because of the performer and the relatively advanced age of the attendees. But thats a supposition...which shares most of its letters with "suppository", so take that for what its worth. Upon decamping the spectacle, we hiked about 4 blocks south and 2-3 blocks west before summoning an Uberide (a newly-discovered elemental wonder), because the general area was chaotic. Broadway, which was likely already crowded, suddenly had nearly 20,000 hyped-up concert-goers dumped on it. We got out of Dodge and retreated to the respite of the 1808 bar at the hotel next door to our hotel. All in all, Id like to go to another concert at the Bridgestone Arena. It is a comfortable, clean place with short concession lines and quick bathroom access...the ultimate and penultimate qualities of a great venue.

This review is for the VIP Lexus Lounge Went down for Dead and Company with John Mayer playing with the addition of the Lexus Lounge. What is Lexus Lounge ? Lexus Lounge is something fairly new which is a basically an add on to your ticket for an event with an extra $40 to 150$ depending on the show and you are given a VIP access to the concert area which includes unlimited food buffet, drinks and pop corn :). If you are here for the games then you have VIP access right next to the locker but keep in mind to read the rules only home team folks are allowed near by.;) Buffet - 5 different food stations await you. Italian - From grilled cheese to pasta to pizzas and more. Entree - Toasted bread, seafood soup, ox tail, roast ham , hot dogs and more Salad - Cheeses, fruits, greens and deli meat. Desert - cool cup cakes from loaded to light ones. Snack Bar - pop corn, nuts ,trail mix and more. Drinks - U N L I M I T E D Free Lexus lounge is an experience which is a must and due to the affordable prices it more than pays for it self, you have your private restrooms and not have to wait for long lines for drinks either. You have great big bars and the main bar has 3 6 ft tvs showing you the entire event if allowed by the performers or if the Preds are playing you will not even have to go in to watch. It is basically the Dallas Cowboys Big tron in a smaller version. Going in and out to the concert area is a breeze as the lounge is right there. Seating - the lounge does offer some great seats if interested in different areas which are quite close it self and awesome view more like a behind the scenes view of the concert. The suite has awesome LEATHER seats exactly the ones like in the car and would be annoying sitting in something normal now :P We met Dan the sales executive who was very hospitable and made sure everyone was comfy enough and if there is anything else he could do to make our time better, he did more than his fare share.

Visited for a hickey game. A family friendly hockey game. While I firmly understand that you cannot control your patrons and their actions, the fact that I had my 11 year old sitting in front of a man who kept talking about all the P*$$y he gets and the fact that weed is the awesome, forced us to leave after the second period. I regret not turning to him and saying "if you get all the p*$$y why are you here on a Saturday night with these other two homily dudes instead of rolling in it? Your ushers are horrible at their job. Theyre not friendly to opposing teams and trying to get directions was like pulling teeth. Ask where the elevator was and she rolled her eyes and pointed back that way. I did not expect her to take me to the spot, but I did expect her to say something. Every other arena weve visited and its been many; the ushers hold the people coming back to their seats until the play stops. Not here. So many times we could not see a play or the ice because of people coming back to their seats. You all seriously need to educate your fan base on the etiquette of hockey. No leaning forward. People behind you cannot see. When we asked the couple in front to please lean back so we could see, they ignored it. Then they started to stand up. We spent $1500 to visit Nashville, buy tickets, stay over the weekend, eat and drink. We thought it was going to be fun. It was horrible all the way around. The money I spend on traveling will go to other cities who treat visitors as friends.

Poor NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. I used to think that visiting the "CAPITAL CITY OF COUNTRY MUSIC" would be SPECIAL, but after the RUDE & IGNORANT Fans of their NHL Franchise the "NASHVILLE PREDATORS" showed their TRUE COLORS, visiting their City was not a GREAT Choice anymore. FRIENDS of mine came to the "BRIDGESTONE ARENA" last year to see the PENS play the PREDATORS & they WERENT IMPRESSED w/ the way their FANS mistreated our FANS!!! The SAME Friends were able to get Tickets for Games 3 & 4 of the "2017 STANLEY CUP FINALS" this year & they WERENT IMPRESSED w/ the way PREDATOR Fans STILL mistreated them. They DIDNT expect a WELCOME MAT, but they DIDNT expect FOUL LANGUAGE shouted at them either. A home arena means home ice advantage, but to come there & feel threatened, thats NOT a Great Way to SHOW OFF your City. They say that their Fans SHOWED SUPPORT for their PREDS & CHEERED every Goal & every Good Play, but to SHOW BAD SPORTSMANSHIP at the Opposing Team, THATS PRETTY DAMNED SAD. The "NASHVILLE PREDATORS" should be PROUD of THEMSELVES to be the NHLS WESTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS, but to PLAY like MALCONTENTS & CRYBABIES, Thats a SAD EXAMPLE of Bad Playoff Hockey. "LETS GO PENS".

There 5/27/17 for the last Eric Church concert. I had PIT tickets. Getting in was ok it couldve been better. There was only 1 door for the pit ticket holders to get through and it was taking some time due to getting the bracelet at the door. It wasnt communicated very well that we could only go through 1 door especially with the general admission entrance banner hanging over several doors. Maybe next time have another door open so the poor women doing the bracelets arent overwhelmed. All workers were very nice and welcoming had smiles on their faces even when when the concert was over and we were leaving. Getting out was easy and took no time at all. The security in the pit couldve been better but I understand its hard to control drunk people especially men. One man was arguing with his girlfriend and putting water all over people and then almost hit me in the face. I didnt eat there but did buy drinks, drinks on the floor level were 5 dollars for a big glass of soda which surprised me! Thats cheap for a concert. And then a big glass of beer for 11.00. This is my 2nd time at Bridgestone. Will be back!
