Pretty good layout, not a great value. Greens were pretty good, but lots of Dead spots in the fairways. I wish they were on Golfnow or at lease had a twilight rate. No beverage cart and golf carts were outdated. There are many more choices without these issues for half the price in the afternoon.

Fun course if you have all day to spend waiting on the people in front of you. This location has a driving range and in my opinion, most of the people playing here need to spend more time at the range. The pace of play is just too slow for such a nice property.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Course needs a little work, but in a few weeks, Im sure it will be a great surface. I enjoyed it and plan on going back a few more times before we leave Knoxville. Good course for the price.

Nice SHORT layout but not a challenge for A or B players. Several holes are over 50 yards shorter than posted. Greens are soft and can be attacked. They putt true. Staff is great.

Played about a month ago course was great greens are very good fast but good the only reason im giving it a 4 star rating is the price the price is just a little steep

This course is in very bad shape. Long waits on all tees. If you enjoy hitting off concrete this is the spot. However, the fella in the pro shop is a beauty.

Really nice course that played true. Greens were in great shape. Just wish I had played here sooner on one of my many trips to the area from Ohio.

I guess the goat ranch guy should go join the country club and hold his pinky in the air with his nose. The hoarse is in the best shape in years.

Good golf in West Knoxville can be found here. Pace of play can be a challenge as there are no marshals to crack the whip on slow players.

The course was completely redone summer 2014. Berrmuda greens, drainage improved, repaved cart paths, Good as it gets for the price.

Great course, well maintained, well worth the price. No sand traps, but several water holes with good topography. Great staff.
