Started off as a Horrible experience the lady at the front was nasty and rude to my mother then I paid extra ten dollars just so my handicapped daughter was able to see in the front row and then they wouldnt let her sit in the front row because of her wheelchair. The man that took us to our seats was very mean and upset my daughter to almost tears. However, after I posted a nasty review the owner personally came over and apologized. He was very nice and gave us four free tickets to another show. He also refunded my ten dollars. He also told us that when we purchased from the website even though we put down that my daughter needed handicapped seating it did not come through on his end. I encourage anyone who is handicapped especially in a wheelchair to calls days in advance at least 48 hours so they can accommodate you. On another note the singers in the show were phenomenal. Especially the young lady who sang the Aretha franklin songs. Very talented cast. If the employees were nice from the start I would have given them a five star review.

Linda Johnson Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more Do not waste your energy, especially if you purchased your admission through Groupon. We have attempted to twice attend the 70s show and each time it has been cancelled. No notice on the website. No sign on the door. They expect you to show up 60 minutes before the show for space available and tough luck to you if you have traveled- in our case 45 minutes- and there is not show. Their answer is to call. Well, I have done that on two occasions- left messages with no return phone call. No matter how good the show is, the unprofessional behavior of the management of this theatre makes this not worth the effort. I have tried to get a refund through Groupon and since there were other opportunities to attend, they would not refund. They did offer tickets to other shows, but we have already seen those. So pretty much out of luck and wasted money.

Giving this 5 stars because honestly the show was fantastic and the performers are out of this world good. Worth it for sure! They have discouts for seniors, military, etc so check them out. Ive been to all of the major theaters and I think this little theatre rivals them in talent. The chosen songs were great. The performers know how to put on a great show. Word of warning, the ticket lady is incredibly rude. She snapped at a few of the patrons, myself included. Also, the owner does a little intro where she asks questions and if you answer wrong, shes a bit condescending. Dont ask questions if you dont want to be subject to wrong answers. I only caution because first impressions werent the best but just ignore it and prepare yourself for an amazing show! Honestly cant say enough about performers and their incredible talent! And the usher is a sweet and funny man!

The Motown show was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and the performers were very talented and funny. I looked up at one point and everyone in the audience was on their feet laughing, dancing, and singing. Some people even got to participate in the show. At the end of the show, the cast and staff all lined up taking pictures, chit chatting, and shaking everyones hand as they walked out. It made me feel special and like they were truly happy to have had me and my family there. Dont judge a book by its cover with this one or youll miss out on a show like no other

Oh My Goodness, I have found a hidden gem!!! Id love to keep it as my little secret but if you grew up loving Motown and Soul music like I did, Motor City Motown Tribute Show at GTS Theatre in Myrtle Beach,SC is a must see!! Whether youre a local, like me, or a tourist visiting the Myrtle Beach area, you cannot miss this show!! The theatre was intimate with a speakeasy type vibe. The staff and cast were amazing, laughing and joking with the audience throughout the show. And did I mention, they can SANG!!!! I was blown away and I will be back

The performers were great they sing beautifully there super funny had fun listening to them. But the staff was rude and nasty, my poor little sister who is in a wheelchair couldnt really see the show and they yelled at her and my mom, but the manager was really nice and apologized and gave the $10 back I would maybe come back but not likely: I wish they were more handicapped friendly. I really wish staff was nicer if they were they would have gotten a 5 star review.

Purchased 8 tickets well over a month ago for the Wild for Hypnosis Adult Show via the website. When we arrived, the theater was closed. Tried calling both the theater number and the Yapsody ticketing number to find out what the deal was. Yapsody referred me back to the theater. Couldnt get in touch with anyone from the theater. Had to leave a message on a voicemail. Still have not heard back. Needless to say, we are out $$$ and a ruined evening. NOT HAPPY!!!

I just left an unsuspected surprise. I learned to not judge a book by its cover. The talent is spot on! I come from a city where Motown was king These young people were the best thing I have seen in a long time. After the show I have never seen such a compassionate group. I come from Youngstown , Ohio where James Brown preformed many times he actually had a seamstress on the North Side that made his clothes. Dont miss this show!

We saw the rated R hypnosis comedy show and it was hilarious. I was damn near crying laughing in my seat. I went up and tried to get hypnotized but it didnt work on me. I dont want to give anything away but I will say that the funny adult situations the people under hypnosis were doing were super funny. I highly recommend checking out this show. We plan on going back at some point, it was that funny.

Never again will I purchase tickets with the business. I received an email confirming time. It said it started at 7:30, we arrived at 7:10 and the show had already started. The gentleman at the door said our seats were sold stating we were a no show. Had to demand a refund, he said he could not do anything for me. I received a refund after I had to act like a starved craze lunatic.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I was trying to celebrate my 50th birthday and instead got yelled at by the staff and then manager because I wanted to use a groupon. I called ahead and was told it was fine and then show up and they say oh it has to be 48 hours prior or its not on the list" but I was offered to buy full price tickets. BAIT AND SWITCH.

We saw the Motor City Review on Saturday, May 7, 2016, and it was fantastic. I love Motown music, but the 4 singers were incredible. My wife and I both loved it. No seat is bad, due to the small size of the theatre. The singers interaction with the crowd was great. You cant go wrong seeing this show if you love Motown music.
