One of the best venues in western ny. Easy access from route 290 with plenty of parking. Quick in and out from any lot. The atrium is a great place to wait for the doors to open and stay out of the weather. There is not a bad seat in the house. I do recommend buying seats which are away from the walls for best sound and view. Tickets are reasonable when not purchased from a secondary ticket vendor. Sign up for email notification and early bird presale for a more enjoyable experience. I see the majority of concerts here and have done so for over 15 years.

Very nice auditoriums and a very nice atrium to hold plenty of people. The auditorium was full and I was still quite cold, not a big deal but as someone who doesnt get cold easily I feel its worth mentioning. Overall, it is a great venue to see a show at or attend a graduation at.

Was here to see a concert for the first time. The venue was nice, all white and a glass ceiling in the lobby. The acoustics of the room was good in the balcony. I will definitely go back but try to get a floor seat next time.
