My friend got married there and I was one of her bridesmaids. It was soo stressful and it wanst even my wedding! I cannot believe she paid $3,000 for Terry to just control the whole thing and yell at everyone! The bride was constantly stressed out and upset because of that woman and she should have been enjoying every minute of it. That woman was soo incredibly rude it left me with my mouth hanging wide open all the time. She told the bride that she didnt like a part of her centerpieces so she could not use them... then they offered a solution and she told the bride no again because she didnt like the idea.. Um when did this become her wedding? I swear I have never met someone so rude and controlling and she is supposed to be in the bridal business??? You do not treat a bride that way! Some of the family was running late the day of the ceremony and that woman came up and said okay it is ten minutes until the wedding so we need to get in position.... it was actually 25 minutes before the wedding. Im not sure if she just wanted it over with or what but I said actually its not and she proceeded to argue with me so I pulled out my phone and showed her... I mean some of the family hadnt even arrived yet so why was she rushing so bad. So the bride asked if the could start at 6:10 instead of 6:00 so any late family could get to their seats and she flat out told the bride "no I will not have you walking down at 6:10!" What was the big deal?? It was ten minutes later and she only gets one day so why cant she just enjoy it and have a stress free time... She wouldnt let us do anything.. She was constantly yelling at everyone.. Even some of the parents and grandparents. It was just insane... I couldnt believe it. We were setting out the centerpieces (the ones she actually approved of) and I had two jars in my hand because I was making my way over to the tables and she told me I coulndnt have both in my hands and that I could only do one at a time... I mean whats the big deal? Im a grown woman and I for some reason cant handle carrying two jars? Oh and she said once we set the centerpiece down that we couldnt move it.... and yelled at us when we moved a couple of small things around. Oh and here is what really gets me... Someone set their cell phone on one of the tables and she told them they need to move it because it would ruin the table and she would have to reset it all over again. Really????? She also snapped at guests on numerous occasions.. She told some of the guests that they needed to move their purses under the table because it didnt look good beside their feet.. WHO CARES??? I would never reccomend that place. Its not even in a great location it is in the middle of down town florence between the college campus, the dentist, and jimmy jonhs.. so that is all you see when you have to park because there is no set parking.. you park across the street in the jimmy johns parking lot. I felt so bad for the bride at times because she wasted her money at this place when she could have spent it somewhere that she could enjoy it. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE! It is not worth the money or strees believe me! There are much better places that cost a whole lot less and you dont get a controlling, rude lady with them.

Bride beware!!! My husband and I got married here in October and it was REALLY stressful!! When you meet with them they tell you that they will take care of everything and that you will just ENJOY your day....... UM NO!!! That couldnt be further from the truth. The night of my rehersal they booked a rehersal dinner so we ( who had been booked for MONTHS - January to be exact) had to be there @ 5 on a FRIDAY!! and be gone by 5:45 NO LATER!!! She was rude then but I thought it was because we were on a time limit ...... Boy was I wrong. They argued that I didnt bring my flower girl sash when I know I had. I found it ..... Hanging on a coat hook. Then she fussed at my bridesmaids every little thing they did. She expected my 3 YEAR old neice to walk down their VERY steep stairs ALONE and when a bridesmaid or myself tried to help her we were told " STOP IT... she had to do it on her own" She informed my photographer where she COULD and COULD NOT stand and where she couldnt stand would have made some awesome pictures but she had to stay in the back of the room. Then once the cermony was over she rushed us through pictures because and I quote " I have too much drinking going on and not enough eating" so there were ALOT of pictures I wanted that did not happen. She ( the owner) told my father ( who signed the check to pay them) to SHUT UP - CLose your mouth. We had paid for the place until 9:30 and at 6:30 she started asking if I was ready to leave because my guest were bored. And she continued to ask EVERY!!! 30 minutes. They make money because you do NOT get full use from the venue. Save yourself some money and hurt feelings and just book somewhere else. I even sent them a letter to discuss this matter and never heard back NOTHING!!! They were rude to my guest, bridal party, parents even the girls who did my cakes. You know its bad when the employees tell a guest they run everyone out early. Unhappy Bride and Groom

Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but with Osbornes help, I felt at ease. Everything about the event was fantastic! I had absolutely no problems. We had both the ceremony and reception there and it was so beautiful. Terri made sure everything was in its place. It was very stress free and Terri is so amazing!!! She has her opinions because she has been doing this for a long time and her opinions helped out a lot. I love all of the Osbornes ladies and workers. I would definitely recommend them for weddings and for any other special occasion. They make the best food. Donna is a great chef :). Still not convinced? The worst possible night ever. The owner of this place is completely irate. What type of venue doesnt allow drinks on a dance floor? This place will never get any more of my business. My guests were yelled at the entire time for basically no reason and the owner poked me and told me to handle my guests. This place was not and will never be worth the $4000 all because of the owner who made our night a living hell.

Second time Ive been to this place. The second event thats just been horrible. The owner seriously follows you around babysitting your every move. She constantly approaches guest in a rude manner. & she will not let you have your drinks on the dance floor... which is insane. last time I will attend an event or EVER recommend to anyone.
