Came here today with a mix of children ages 1-12. There is one pit for ages 5 and under and the rest is a free for all. That would be fine if the "staff" had the childrens safety in mind. Launch is run by a bunch of kids who allow their "friends" to jump and not play by the rules. During a dodgeball game a couple of older children were whipping the ball at the younger kids. Hard enough for them to cry. The staff on duty laughed it off. Those same kids started whipping the ball back and forth at each other as hard as they possibly could and again nothing was done to remedy the situation. My husband had to step in for the kids safety. When brought to management nothing was done and they basically laughed it off. Do not waste your money here.

Safe, SANITARY, SPECTACULAR! & SUPER STAR STAFF!!! <3 <3 Launch RI doesnt just give us a place to bounce around, they give us a place to have fun safely. :) The staff is always ready with a smile. :) Be it to BOUNCE in and PLAY, to HOP in on in with an ICE pack for over BOUNCERS like ME.. to encourage us to have a blast, to help serve up Pizza & SMILES at parties, & for any thing else we might need. We have been numerous times and always have had AN AMAZING- BOUNCER-IFFIC time. LAUNCH RI is a great place to get all your wiggles out and still leave smiling. <3 <3 if you havent gone... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? :)

Absolutely agree with previous reviewer. We foolishly spent over 500 here on a premium birthday package with some extra add on items. Ive never felt so cheated out of money!!! Overcrowded, disorganized, chaotic, dingy & dirty!! At times staff would be stand around chit chatting with each other while people were waiting!!! Our party coordinator was extremely inattentive to our party and guests we had to seek her out on several occasions to assist us! Would NEVER EVER go back!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Spare you and your child the frustration!

Brought 4 9-12 yr olds for the one hour jump and they had a great experience and want to go back soon. Customer service was excellent...front desk, snack shop and jump supervision. Destiny, Malcolm, Pierre and Angie were all noteworthy.They even lent me a cell phone charger while I was there! Didnt get the names of the young men who did the jump supervision, but they were on task and professional. After visiting a different venue outside of Hartford, my son said, "the people at the Launch were really nice" and I have to agree.

This place was great! There is quite an extensive liability form to sign but they make the process easy by having it computerized and right at the door. I have a five year old and a two year old and there was plenty of places for them to both jump safely.Also each "pit" is supervised by a worker and the one at the little kids area was all over any issues that occurred. You are also assigned a color and it is announced when your time is over so it was easy to explain to the kids when it was time to go.

Had an awesome time!!! I have a toddler, she loved the kids section and was even allowed to play in the foam pit considering there werent many big kids around wanting to use it. The staff is absolutely awesome, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My toddler was scared of the noise the overhead radio made during the black light time, so they shut it off for the rest of the time we were there. Little things like that go a long way!! Thank you so much!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Awful experience with coupons given to us. The coupons clearly stated valid Monday through Thursday. I sent my kids and fields and they refused to allow them on with coupon because it was vacation week. It never stated anything on the coupon. Called to question why they were refused and was told this week had weekend pricing on website. Again, not stated on ticket. Finally, spoke to a manager who agreed with me, but was too late, kids had already left facility. Pretty poor customer relations!

My WHOLE family just loves every visit we make to Launch...and we make those visits as often as possible! We have been there for our kids birthday parties, team parties, and just fun family days out! And when I say "my WHOLE family", I really mean it. It is not just our three kids, ages 6, 9 and 11 that have a blast at Launch. My husband and I always look forward to going, just as much as they do and have just as much fun...if not more! If you havent been there yet, you MUST check it out!!!!

The place is clean and well kept and generally a good place for family fun. Avoid the weekends or rainy days as it can be extremely crowded at those times, go on a weeknight if you really want to enjoy it. I do have to agree with another reviewer in that there could be more staffing to monitor guests behavior. Ive seen plenty of examples of out of control kids with no parents around and staff that does not address the aggressive behavior.

LAUNCH is a fantastic establishment! It is very well managed and has a friendly staff! They were extremely accommodating for my 5th grade inclusion class for our end of year field trip. It was a great, safe, clean and fun environment for the students and staff. In addition, they were sensitive and attentive to the needs of our students and available when we needed them. I cant wait to go back for personal and professional functions!

We chose this place as kids love it even thou its pricey. Our co-ordinator was most of the time away from the table. She was too slow in keeping the things ready ...was not getting drinks and water unless the kids were asking....and the wait time was too much....only the jump time was good however disappointed with the rest of the service.

Took our daughter here for her 12th birthday. It was $24 per kid for 2 hours. They were ready to leave after an hour. Their backs hurt and her friend felt queezy. Their fried dough was yummy and our oldest enjoyed the vinegar fries. I would go back, but only for an hour it was $14 an hour.

This was HORRIBLE! You now have to buy socks to "bounce safely" yet the staff does nothing to ensure the safety of your child. A number of older kids and adults were bouncing in my young sons square knocking him over and the staff did NOTHING. Never going back.
