I have been to Exhale a few times since it opened with different groups of friends. As someone who enjoys smoking hookah as a social activity, I have to say that Exhale is my absolute favorite place to go. I live about 20 to 25 minutes outside of Scranton so it is quite a drive to get up there, but when i do make the time to go, I am never disappointed. The atmosphere is fabulous, very relaxed, cozy, and welcoming. The middle-eastern music is very appropriate and adds so much to the experience as a whole. The decor of Exhale also adds to the experience, there is something for everyone. If your looking to go and enjoy some of the wonderful food (i would recommend the smoothies!) there is a very sophisticated restaurant style set up, and if your looking to kick back and enjoy some Hookah, there is a long stage surrounded by hanging beads, big, comfy, cushions and awesome colored lights. Not to mention it is always very clean. When it comes to the Hookah, it doesnt get much better than Exhale. They have tons and tons of exotic and traditional flavors. Last time i went with my friends we got the Fruit Sensation, White Grape, and Chai Spice. The Fruit Sensation was our all time favorite but the others were incredible also. Exhale provides only the best quality shisha and any experienced smoker will say the same. Aside from the great, food, atmosphere, and hookah experience. My favorite thing about Exhale is their attention to detail and customer service. The staff their are super friendly and truly want everyone who walks in the door to enjoy themselves. They are always around to answer questions, help with hookahs, and take care of any need you may have. They really are quality people and i couldnt have asked for anything more. If you are looking to just chill out, be with friends, relax and be very well taken care of, there is no better place to go. I truly wish Exhale all the success in the world, they undoubtedly deserve it.

We have been to exhale quite a few times before and have also ordered carryout couple of times but yesterday was the LAST time we ever ate from this place! It used to be decent but now it is nothing but HORRIBLE! We ordered a side of hummus which tasted nothing like hummus. It was some paste with a lot of salt in it. We also had chicken turnovers and potatoe turnovers (kachaloo) which were extremely dry and then we ordered chicken tandoori drumsticks. I am pretty sure they had gone bad and werent edible because the meat inside was literally black and smelled funny. Had to throw away the entire entrée! So yeah, if youre still planning to try out this place, make sure you have leftovers in fridge because thats what we dined on last night after having to throw away all the "fresh food" we ordered from this terrible place!

My boyfriend first informed me about Exhale and we went to check it out. Everything about the restaurant was excellent from the food to the service to the atmosphere. Previous to coming the restaurant the only Middle Eastern food I had tried was some hummus from the grocery store and some authentic baklava from a bakery in New York. I tried both these foods at the restaurant in addition to a exciting new find (palak paneer) and they both surpassed what I had tried previously! I now dine at Exhale regularly and have been satisfied every time. It is refreshing that Scranton now has a new restaurant to add a bit of diversity. The hookah was also a fun new experience. I would recommend giving it a try to anyone!

Service sucks , over priced, you get neglected the entire time. Our sever took 25 minutes just to get the drinks, the employees sit around and just smoke hookah and stay on their phones , not caring about any of the costumera. But one day I though maybe it was just a bad Night, so I thought Id give it another try, website says open until 2 AM, I show up at 12:30 and they are closed!! Hey guys, how about you are loyal to what your website says. I drive an hour to this crappy place because it says they are open and its closed. Unprofessional. Honestly people, its not even worth a 5 minute drive anyways so Im dumb for even trying it again. Should have known the first time just not to come here

My girlfriend and I went as a last minute thing. We enjoyed every second of it. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is fantastic. This is the culture Scranton needs. Dont get me wrong. I love a good Irish pub as much as the next guy,but this place was amazing. It was a nice change of pace, and I dont have a single negative thing to say. It was very clean. They must have a very good ventilation system because to my surprise it did not smell like stale smoke. If it werent for that fact that we were pressed for time I am sure we could have got lost inside for hours. Walk in with an open mind. Try a few new dishes while enjoying some hookah. I promise you wont regret it.

This place is garbage. The night I went there the hookah falls by itself onto our table, the server puts the hot coals on a plate and obviously a few minutes later the plate shatters on our table because the server PUT HOT COALS ON IT . So by this point almost twice we were injured at this place by no fault of our own and when I get my bill they charged me for the broken plate. It was only $2.99 but the gall to charge me for something I didnt do is just not how you do business. Please skip this place, the food is ok probably can find better, and the hookah prices are outrageous.

My friends and I have been to Exhale almost every week since it opened and every time we have had a better time than the last. The atmosphere is amazing and the music just flows. Some nights there is even live entertianment includeding belly dancers and music. The food is great too. The staff is friendly and always make sure that you are having a good time. If you are looking for a place to just chill with your friends and have a good time Exhale is the place to go.

Best hookah lounge experience I have ever had. Superb hookah, good traditional food, decent prices. My only complaint was the waitstaff when I went, but it was a new waitress and she is no longer there. I will go out of my way to go there again if I am ever in the area.

I love coming here for a girls night out. The staff is always so nice and often recommended new flavor combinations. Important note: They are BYOB friendly, so bring a bottle or two of wine and stay awhile! Definitely try the pakora appetizer - its delicious!

This place is great not just a fantastic Hookah Lounge but a genuinely delicious eatery as well. I will come here just for the FOOD but the smoke is just as good if not better than any other lounge in the US but add terrific food and great service and A++++

The food was absolutely amazing and the service was on point! The staff is very friendly kind and attentive. The atmosphere was so chill, definitely my go to spot to unwind. Lucky its only 5 minutes away from me. And theyre open 7 days a week!
