I travel around the country to many ballparks and this one was nothing special. we were rooting for the visiting team and had people ranging from 14-50 yelling we sucked, being obscene to my wife and being cursed at for the 7 innings we sat in the stands and decided to leave to stand and watch game at the rails. Not fun banter or the common ribbing you get when supporting a visiting team but just plain foul-mouthed, rude, ignorant comments. PNC park looks better, has a better feel and is more enjoyable. No vendors walking around for food or beverage. Will not go back but watch in one of the great bars in Philly. Love the city but park was not an enjoyable experience. If you do go check out Chickies & Petes and take the free shuttle to the park.

One of the nicest ball parks youll find but my God does the service workers bring things down. Aramark has very poor quality control with overly entitled bitchy people holding down this park. Foods come out very poorly prepared and hygiene is horrendous with no sanitizer in sight for any of the food handlers who happen to be cashiers as well. Sour ice cream that you know has been in that unclean machine since the beginning of the homestand. A real shame considering how great the structure is. Most all of the yellow shirt roaming vendors are very nice and hard working. Ditch Aramark and bring in a vendor with some pride. Could always hit McFaddens or just bring your food.

Last night on July 7th 2017 i took my kids to watch the Phillies game n the fireworks after game after the game they had the Philly phanatic come out n shoot T-shirts to some fans has he was shooting the T-shirts my 5 year old got so happy n wanted this T-shirt but everytime he shoot it our way the cuple behind us kept snatching and jumping over us for all the shirts they had to of gotten 4 maybe 5 shirts my son cryed so has we were leaving i tryed to go into one of the stores to get my 5 year old a shirt they were closed over all we enjoyed the game and the fireworks after game i must say they are very $$$ for drinks and food but beautiful place to go watch a game

Extremely nice facility with a great atmosphere and reasonable ticket prices, but concession prices are OUTRAGEOUS. $8.75 for a regular sized can of very cheap domestic beer. $10 for a regular bottle of anything thats not just straight canned, fermented rice water. $7 for a bottle of water. $6 for a small cup of water ice. Ive been to a lot of venues, but Ive never seen gouging (and this IS actually gouging, Im not just being colorful) this bad before. The management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves; but Im sure theyre too comfortable resting on their 7 figure salaries to care about stealing from the taxpayers.

Great all around ballpark. There isnt a bad seat in the house. The views are great with the Philly skyline out over centerfield. The food & drink selection is decent. Bathrooms are modern and well kept. Theres a lot of extra things throughout the ballpark for families to enjoy with their kids, including a playground type structure, face painting, pitching/batting cages, etc. The parking lots have improved also with solar panels covering most of lot K across the street, providing covered parking(great spot for tailgating out of the sun). Theres also plenty of port-a-pottys throughout the lots which were pretty well kept.

Always a great place for a ball game. Prices are about typical for any major-league sporting complex. If youre looking to tailgate, make sure you check the lots that allow it before showing up or you might get told to pack everything up. You can take in unopened water bottles and some food now too in case youre looking to avoid the high prices inside. Staff can be good or bad depending on who you run into. They tend to rush people out of upper stands at the end of the game, so dont expect to stand around taking pictures for too long either. Overall, great ballpark with "okay" staff.

Had a great time watching the Red Sox vs. Phillies game. It was my first time at a major league stadium, let alone Citizens Bank Park, and I had a fantastic time. If it is your first time at this park, stop by guest services- they will give you a certificate and some free baseball cards. They have your typical baseball park food but also have some Philadelphia specific places of you need snacks, food, or drinks. When the Phillies hit a home run, you also get to see the neon liberty Bell swing and ring, something quite unique to this stadium.

Although not necessarily the best park on the East coast by any common sense stretch, none the less if the team sucks, the tickets are affordable. Standing room only helps and helps buy more overpriced beers and scummy food unless you pay top dollar for reasonability. Too bad the reasonability doesnt translate into building a team properly to play at this Leviathan of an eyesore ballpark. I digress on the details but Id rather digest contentful food. Eat somewhere else after, try to enjoy a rare Phillies win if you can in meantime.

Citizens Bank Park is in direct violation the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) by failing to accommodate a Deaf individual for an upcoming Bruce Springsteen concert with an ASL interpreter. Contrary to popular belief, Deaf individuals can also enjoy music like hearing people can. Upon calling the venue, a request for an ASL interpreter was refused, and the Deaf Individual was met with rudeness and ignorance. The Deaf Individual was harshly told to, "find her own interpreter." A complaint WILL be filed to the ADA department.

Honeydew Drop

We saw Bruce there last night. We loved the concert but was disappointed with the venue: Citizens Bank Park. The people in the bar concession stand was rude and when it was time to leave - and there were hundreds of cars trying to get out. The Park had no organization or help from anyone to help the pedestrians and the cars take turns exiting. It took us 1.5 hours to get out of that park and I have never been in a venue so uncaring about their clients who paid to go to their concert. I hope Bruce never plays there again.

Visited for Billy Joel Concert on 9/9/17 Only problem was Im disabled and event staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful in directing me to Handicap parking, sometimes quite rude. Spent over 1/2 hr driving around looking for parking. When I finally got to it it was on the back side of the stadium. Ended up walking halfway around the park to get in. Staff should be properly trained & adequate parking provided for people with disabilities. Im sure they are in violation of the American with Disabilities Act.

Truly a baseball gem. Built to last decades and placed in the Sports Hub of Philadelphia with access to SEPTA Broad Street (Orange) line as well as I-95 & I-76. Game Day traffic is dense, especially when the team is winning. Food choices feature an array of ethnic flavors including Philly classics. Tony Lukes cheesesteaks and Chickie n Petes Crab Fries to name a few. Polite and friendly Game Day Staff. Heightened Security practices (including metal detectors) ease concerns once inside the venue.

This is a very nice ballpark. It is very easy to get to, there is plenty of parking and the gates are staffed appropriately. The amenities are good and plentiful. Sight lines are excellent, the seats are a little tight but thats standard these days. Access around the ball park is easy, not crowded. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because of its location, I prefer a downtown ball park. But the sports complex in Philly is pretty good, its easy to get around and to get in and out of.
