Football game, November, Panasonic Club seats, Club C36 Row 1, Seats 9-10. Parking was easy enough at 12:50, 10 minutes before kickoff. We parked in the no tailgaiting parking lots S-X across the street from XFinity Live, behind Citizens Bank Park. After an eventful walk to the stadium which took about 5 minutes, observing the peddlers attempting to sell fake tickets, musically inclined people performing for change, etc, we made it past Xfinity live to the Xfinity gate. We didnt try to get the Panasonic Gate/Suit Entry since it was on the other side of the field past the Verizon Wireless Gate. Our wait at the gate was less than 3 minutes though via the "No Bag Lines". (AFTER GAME NOTE- Highly recommend you exit lots S-X through the West facing exit, North and East facing exits would have added an hour onto our exit according to Google) We walked straight up the steps and saw the security guard in front of the Presidents Club and Panasonic club entrance escalators. It was extremely convenient in hindsight from our side of the field. The Panasonic Club is a climate controlled elevated version of the general admission access to food vendors and bars. Panasonic Club is cleaner and well staffed. A lager was $9, my greyhound mixed drink was also $9. A pizza, lager, and water was about $21.00. The pizza was not good. There are many bathrooms at the Club level with respect to how many people are trying to access them at one time. I went between quarters (except half time) and never had a wait at the bar or the bathroom! Our seats were comfortable, theyre cushioned at the Club levels. I would recommend sitting in the first row like we did, so you can lean over the rails and generally just feel like youre right next to the field without any obstructions. Or I would get the last row, no one is behind you, there is a concrete wall and you can stand and move freely without getting in anyones way. I am an Eagles fan but I was with someone representing the opposing team and at the Club level you feel much more comfortable wearing another teams jersey. We sat next to great people that joked with us the entire time. My panasonic club seats were about $360 a piece via Ticketmaster or one of those 3rd party sites. Highly recommend for a climate controlled, no hassle, no wait involved football game!

I understand life and Im not heartless. I think its wonderful that Synyster Gates went back to go be with his wife while she went into labor. HOWEVER Im very dissapointed that the stadium or band didnt do something for the fans. They could have gotten another band, refunded some of the money (because they deff werent cheap!!....$300?!), given the fans free t-shirts (which were 40 to 60?!?!?)....anything. But what did they do.....put in a DJ! We didnt pay high dollar for avenged to be replaced by a dj, by which we could go to a club for cheaper to see. Also the bathrooms were disgusting on the first floor of the stadium (looked like blood in the toilet and when you tried to flush it came back the same color). Another disappointment was that it was extremely cold out and the hot chocolate machine was broken.... also another reason they cheated you out was you couldnt get plain fries at one of the stands....you had to pay for a full meal for it!! Im very very disappointed at the lack of care for the fans. For this situation I would have given 1 star BUT the staff at the stadium was incredible, every single one super friendly! Which is something because these fans were routy. Also volbeat was good on stage, although the sound system for them went in an out. Metallica can throw one hell of a concert!!

Went here for the 2016 season opner againist the Browns. Experinece was amazing since we planned ahead of time.Except for the security check. First off, I live in Bucks county and I heard online that the parking was ridiclous. So, we took the train. We parked our car at the Frankford Transportation Center and took the rest of the way on train. So that saved us about $40. The security check was a bit bad. AND, if we want to bring a small bag, we have to pay $20 for a locker. We couldnt bring our own drinks! Even if it is A WATER BOTTLE! Plus, a water bottle is $5! INCREDIBLY OUTRAGEOUS! But on the bright side, our seats were great. Altough i was a bit annoyed that we had to get up so that someone could leave their seat and walk through the row. Also, the SUN! We sat at section 233. The Eagles destoryed the Browns 29-10. It was a great experinece. Altough the seat situation, the parking, and the security check is kinda annoying. But i will definetly come back!

I was there with 4 of my friends for Kenny Chesney/Eric Church concert, my 1st time there. Everyone we encountered were pleasant, despite the heat. Mark, Sean and Chantell in the Panasonic entry, were AWESOME! They were great with telling us how to get to our seats; as they were on the opposite side of the stadium. Not only were they patient and thorough (we were a rambunctious bunch), but they engaged in the Eagles chant with us; granted, we flubbed the spelling numerous times, because wed been partying quite a bit prior the show. We laugh, they laughed, even gave high fives. Nice to have people that actually take pride in their work and show enthusiasm. We had a great time; it truly makes a world of difference. The show was great, even though Kenny was a bit off, but hey, it happens. The food was great: CRAB FRIES & beer! Great place & even better fans. I so cannot wait until we go again next year.

I paid for floor GA for a Metallica concert but when entering I wasnt informed and Security failed to give me a wrist band, After the 3rd song I went to the bathroom leaving the floor. When I went to return the security blocked me and told me I wasnt allowed on the floor. I showed my ticket and security told me to go back to the 200 level. I went up to talk to another security member who didnt want to listen and said if I keep it up they will remove me from the concert, I asked for the security members name and they ran away from me. I was unable to return to the floor and sat in the hallway in disbelief watching a concert I paid almost $200 a ticket for. Im completely disgusted with Ticketmaster, security, & the organization of this concert. I hope someone contacts me as I believe Im owed an apology and a refund for this error.

I thought it was great but the vendor they had for face painting outside the front gate on youth day for training camp last Sunday was EXTREMELY rude and was on his phone in the middle of the line he looked like a parent. He waited until my 4yr old whom it was her 1st time at any stadium was 3 people away from getting her face painted to tell my fiance that the people infront of them were the last people to get it done. I was in the restroom and came out to my 4yr old hysterical crying bc that was all she wanted was an airbrushed thing on her face. We went up to him and I explained that we had been waiting since 1130 and he continued to be very rude and on his phone basically ignoring us. Unfortunately because of this I will not be returning to the link
