I attended the Flyers game on February 11, 2016 vs Sabers. I purchased two sodas for my nephew and myself after getting our bobbleheads. While going up the escalator I noticed that there was a crack in one of the sodas. I took my nephew to his seat so he could enjoy the game. After getting him to his seat the crack got worse and soda spilled all over the floor and my favorite Flyers hoodie (Old School Bobby Clarke). I went to one of the vendors and they told me I had to take it back downstairs to the location that I bought it. Not wanting to miss anymore of the game and lugging a half full soda that was leaking all over I decided to just throw it away. An events person was walking by and I stopped them to inform them of the spill and how the floor was covered in soda and I got no help. I went back to my wet seat and proceeded to try and enjoy the rest of the game. During the second person one of the roaming beer venders was trying to give a person behind me a beer and proceeded to spill it on my hoodie. Instead of asking if I needed a napkin to clean dry myself off, he just said sorry about that and left. Upset I wrote an email to the Wells Fargo Center about my terrible experience. I was told that it wasn’t the Flyers and all the vendors are employees of Aramark. If I had a complaint I would have to take it up with them and there was nothing they could do. Upset I hung up; then I received a voicemail message for a so called “customer service representative” saying he couldn’t understand why I hung up and he was trying to figure out how they could avoid a situation like this in the future. How about having staff members be considerate of other people and try and help them instead of passing off the blame. All I wanted was an apology and my hoodie cleaned. I am by no means rich and spend good hard earned money at the games to support my team. I wish the Flyers, Wells Fargo Center and Aramark would support the fans that go there like we support our teams.

Flyers-Calgary on 11/27... Ridiculous does not describe how loud the music is during warm up and for ice cleaning and for home team goal announcing and some random music playing, etc. This is a problem at all NHL arenas and this was my 3rd different city/game in a week but this arena was exceptionally ludicrous. My ears are ringing crazy loud from less than 10 minutes of exposure before leaving the area prior to start of first period. I had to leave the area until the game was about to start. I Can only imagine what this is doing to Childrens ears throughout, not to mention the players? I dont know how they all do it all season long. This kind of volume is detrimental to anyones health; dont know how they dont have headaches and concentration lapses all the time. One of the concession ladies even brought it up to me when I could not hear her while trying to order a soda and that was in the concession areas outside and removed from the seating/ice area, we could not hear each other. Another staff member in the tunnel to section 101 told me it is considerably louder than last year. Some of us actually care and dont want damaged hearing. There should be strict regulations to protect your health in all public venues but hey, having the status quo shoved down your throat is way more important... way of the world. It should all be in the background, not so loud that is blasts dead skin cells from your body. No possible reason for that kind of volume, absolutely ruined the experience which is a shame because it is supposed to be about the game on the ice... which was excellent. Flyers won 5-3 and got to see an awesome Simmonds break away goal, fantastic The staff and people were nice but I will never go to a game here again.

So I was here with my mother to watch the Sia concert. We make it in and a security guard shows us our "seats" so we sit down as the opening acts start. I stood up to the side to record (I had a seat at the end in section 9 on floor row 11) and a security guard comes over and asks for my tickets and asked if that was my seat. Are you kidding me, its been at least 40 minutes and this guard was beside me with the other guards in middle, I told him it was my seat about four times before he went away. I brushed that off and enjoyed the second act, right before its over these two men come around asking me to get out of my seat because I was in it. I was outraged and told them that the guards said that these were our seats, then the same guard who asked if it was my seat comes over tells my mother to fill in the middle, absolute rubbish, you couldnt do your job first time, way to go. IM starting to get angry, Sia finally gets on and I cannot see absolutely nothing because all these tall people were standing in front of me, which was annoying because sitting at the side which I was orignally at was a lot better because I could actually see the stage and not the side screens, I decided to get on a chair and try to get a better view which I did, now I was doing this for over 15 minutes and the same guy came over again and told me to get down, great, now I couldnt see anything. I dont know why he kept going for me, its not like a bunch other people were doing the same, its funny because he didnt say anything to them. Absolutely awful, I hope if I ever come back I wont have to deal with this guy ever again.
