I had run past this park after moving to the area 6 months ago and was looking forward to a new spot to take my dog. I had searched online for a website with info about the park but after not funding any I decided to go for it. I arrived at the park and didnt see the locked doors requiring key cards until I was at the door. I looked around for a sign providing me info on how I could join but theres only a handwritten sign in all caps saying "MEMBERS ONLY" and nothing more. I tried to ask politely one of the members in the park how to join but she rudely interrupted me before I got anything other "excuse me" before snapping "this is members only!" Before turning and walking away. I dont need to be a part of such an organization that is so nasty to potential new members.

This is a very nice well kept dog park. Yes you do have to take a little time to go get the membership which is 20 for first year and 10 a year for renewals. All it takes is about 20 mins. Your dog license & rabies and thats it you get a fob to access the park . Its actually nice that the county is looking out for community pets and their owners . Its a very convient location and worth investing in for your pet.

This park is Members Only! If you dont have a pass, dont bother going!! They need to have a way to get a guest pass for the day... This is the second time that I was on the road somewhere with my dog and couldnt stop to let her play and socialize. I drove about 30 minutes out of my way, to get there, only to be turned away. My poor dog couldnt understand!

You can get the membership at the media courthouse for a small yearly fee. I like the dog park. Like any place some of the owners are really nice and others are non social. My dog loves and they dont have any breed restrictions. I have a Pit.

The dog park section is locked and requires a membership to get in. The park itself is small and looks neglected. There is a much better dog park in Haverford. Dont waste your time here.

The township destroyed what was once a great place to run a pickup basketball game or play some football, throw the baseball around. Sad that the best things never last.

First of all, its a county park. Not Upper darby, 2nd. Pit Bulls are allowed.
