The 5-star rating is not given lightly, and I cannot give a higher recommendation for a venue. Not only is it a beautiful location, the value is unbelievable. Davlin, the coordinator, is helpful and very responsive--responds best to e-mail. She works with you to make sure you get what you want and have everything you need. They do have an exclusivity contract with Medures catering (pay per person--linens, napkins, barware, dinnerware all included), but I wouldnt want it any other way. Between the two, you get your food, linens, tables, chairs, bartenders (who will cut any fruit your provide and mix any drink you want), parking attendants, guest book greeters, servers, skewers for the smores (yes, there is a fire that they will keep going for you. And if you bring smores fixings, your guests will have smores all night). They cut the cake, unbox your cookies for the cookie table, bring the cake and cookies to the reception site and then box everything up at the end of the night! Medures even boxed up and gave us the extra food (which was fantastic by the way--our guests raved about it)! It is important to note that the only beverages they provide are hot tea and coffee (iced tea and lemonade will be provided at an extra cost). So you have to provide all the liquor, beer, side and water. And everything (decorations and food) must be taken down and removed from the site at the end of the night. But the staff is so wonderful that they help you! The reception site has tent flaps in case of rain and can be used as the ceremony site if the rain doesnt let up. They seriously think of everything so you have the most stress-free day. I SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

So I contacted this venue In may told them my wedding date book a tour in July absolutly love the place so I booked my date wanted to put the money down that day and was told to wait until the 2018 rates came out so I did was I was told and waited a month and a half for the rates to come out when I finally got the email I immediately emailed them back so I can put my deposit down once again I wait almost two week for their response to just tell me they booked another bride on the same day I already book she then told me I have to wait for her to contact this other couple and they have 48 hours to decide if they want it or not so I email her back saying there has to some type of mistake bc I wrote my name in the book and there was no one else there I seen it my self her response was they emailed her on June 21 and now I had to wAit for them to view the venue which I had already did so I was put aside and the other bride booked on the same date that I had already booked so they wasted three months of time and now Im out. Wedding venue I was appalled at the way this situation was handled it was completely unprofessional from the lack of communication to the ignorance this women had

I was just married at Succop Nature Park and I have nothing but positive thoughts about the day, including the staff and the grounds. The Marcraig house is perfect for setting up and getting ready for your big day with an extensive bridal and groom suite. The grounds are expansive and beautiful, including in the house, the pavilion, and nature surrounding it. Specifically, I have to mention Dallas, who was our coordinator on the big day. She made the day go FLAWLESSLY, was there at every turn to do whatever I needed and answer my questions. I couldnt have done it without her and the great Succop staff. Would definitely recommend, great price too!

Had my wedding here and I cant say enough good things about it. The staff was amazing, the grounds were awesome, and I would recommend it to anyone. The mansion wad really cool to walk through and the trails through the woods are short but really nice.

Beautiful wedding! Amazing staff! Very helpful and extremely professional. They are highly experienced and their wedding day staff and coordinating staff are excellent! The go to place for weddings in the butler area!

Beatiful, picturesque park & spectacular wedding venue! Even with temps in the upper 80s, theres plenty of shade & the pavilion was perfect. Pond, mansion & grounds provide many photo ops!

Beautiful park with a lake, gorgeous willow tree, beautiful partly shaded patio, and the pavilion overlooks the lake. Restrooms are close by and clean. Beautiful for taking pictures.

My friend had a wedding at this park and it was beautiful. Maintained very well. They parking is a but tricky to figure out. Very scenic with a small lake and lots of trees to enjoy.
