Although the course itself and practice facilities are pretty nice for the price, the service and scheduling here can ruin your trip easily. I will not be back to play on this course as they have ruined too many rounds of golf for me. They schedule T times 2 minutes apart. Here was my last bad experience- Scheduled a T time for 10:03 for myself and a friend, we showed up 20 minutes early to practice, stretch etc. They then forced us to start at 9:46 and pair up with a couple of strangers, men in their 70s. We were playing at a quick pace and catching up to the group in front of us when on HOLES 3 & 6 the marshal came up and starred at us for a while making us uncomfortable and asked us to hurry up and to make sure to always stay on the heel of the group ahead (we already were). Anyways they basically just make you feel like a worthless amateur peasant golfer unless you are a member of some league or something. I guess the reason he was doing this was because they had a tournament at 11am. But we already started 17 minutes early so what would it have been like if we Td off on our scheduled T time? Marshal be behind us with a whip the whole time or what? Terrible, rude, impolite customer service and scheduling. If you come mid day during the week you may have a descent experience but otherwise stay away from this place. SUGGESTION: if you see my review and think Wow he is the only person posting a bad review about this course, check out Yelp. You will get more accurate reviews and you will see at least 3-4 other reviews that are nearly identical to my review, which confirms experiences like this are not a rare occurrence.

Good price, very walkable course. McKay was looking nice and in great shape. Its pretty wide open so you can spray a little, so the course is forgiving. I like it as a good place to work on irons and wedges. I didnt use driver here, although I probably should have because there is not a lot of trouble out there. Earlier is nice, we teed off at 7 a.m. so it was wide open at that time. Id go back.

A nice budget-priced regulation-length 9-hole course with 3 full-length par 5 holes. Fairways are close together but adequately wide to stay in the one youre actually playing. Practice greens for chipping and putting, as well as a driving range.

Played this over Chehalem Glenn and loved it. Yes it is 9 holes, but they manage it well, and golfers are extremely respectful. Awesome day, great course, nice owner. Well be back as it is close to PDX and great for first time golfers.

Heated driving range. Mats only though. Short 9 hole course. Narrow fairways without much room or barricades in between.... Meaning a lot of fores are called here. Floods in the winter time.

Very nice lighted and heated driving range and a fun 9 hole course. Very pretty location. Course is on the short side but still plenty challenging. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

For only 9 holes they keep the course in great shape. Fare rates and a full driving range onsite. Good location in Hillsboro.
