Tulsa Wildcat

Great place. Plenty of parking except late Fridays and Saturdays evenings.… then you might have to walk across 41st St. The beer is very cold, (ignore the previous reviewer that said its not). People of all ages dance here, and it is NOT a meat market ... Its a Country music dancehall. If youre a guy and you can dance at all... girls will dance with you... not to be picked up, but just because they love to dance. If you want to bring a date here for dancing come earlier. After about 10 oclock on Saturday night it starts to get pretty crowded with the younger age group. No drinks on the dance floor… I guess they dont like to sweep up broken glass and mop beer in the middle of a song. Imagine that. The service is actually blazing fast. They just dont have enough of them when theres 1000 people there on a Saturday night. Not only are the bartenders fast, one of them remembers everybodys name that shes ever served and what they drink. All in all its a great place, and yes Ive seen the bouncers have to escort people out the door, but I have never seen a fight there yet. Enjoy. Ill give it 5 stars. Its become as much a Tulsa tradition as Cains Ballroom.

MILITARY personnel BEWARE! Asked for one slow song was told it is not a crowd pleaser( asked DJ more than once because I am deploying in a week). I then spoke to manager and was given the analogy of I dont tell the bartender how to mix drinks( yes you do- they measure everything!). I gave the analogy of military/ teachers are told every day how to do their job, why couldnt they play ONE slow song! Worst experience. Place need to review WHAT is really important- YOUR FREEDOM! Definitely not a place to go if you want to be respected. **Classic response from the owner. Still do not recommend this place as the military excuse was not thrown out until the very END! The only cursing came at the very end( to the manager and no one else) when the manager gave an excuse. Obviously this place needs to come up with an excuse for everything- read the other reviews.**

This Place is as bad as it gets, the sad thing is its the only place to go in tulsa at this time if you want to dance. Lets start with the staff, the service is slow and over priced, The drinks are half assed, and the beer isnt that cold at all. The Music is the same thing weeek after week, you will hear more music from the 90s than you will anything else. The music is terriable, it is clear they are not willing to change it. Now lets talk about the management, It is poorly ran, the only reason they are still in business is because it is the only game in town. It is poorly ran, poorly managed, and if you take your wife in there with you they will "make her an offer she cant resist", and when she turns it down they throw her out. Tulsa needs something new, a real dance hall where people of all ages can enjoy themselves.

First time at this establishment. no drinks on the dance floor security told this guy to get off the dance floor with his drink next thing i know the security guard has this intoxicated guy in a head lock pushing him to the door i went out at closing the guard had him in a head lock so tight the kids face was turning red and he went down. the security then slaps the kid in the face and says wake up man then proceeds to keep him in a head lock. really there is other ways a restraining someone not excessive force. way to go manager of this establishment to hire idiots like that. i did speak with the police and told him about the excessive force.

I heard they did away with ladies night on thursdays, so I guess Thursdays wont be crawling with dirty nasty men looking to cheat on their women for the night. Great dance floor, several bars, and fun atmosphere for the most part. If youre a girl, prepare to walk down a long line with guys on both sides staring at you making you feel like a piece of meat. Thats all this place is. They do play the occasional rap song, so girls can get about 4:00 of dancing with their girlfriends. Every time Ive been theres always a handful of skanks wearing practically nothing. This place will make a woman feel cheap.

This place is a joke and is now letting 18 - 20 year olds in because it has run off all of its adult patrons!! That is because of the poor management. The mentally disturbed owner regularly throws out people for acting the exact same way that he does. He is on a power trip and his business is suffering because of it. Unless you want to be screamed at or assaulted DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! There are plenty of other great places to go to dance like Boots and Diamonds or Rodeo where you are treated humanely.

I worked there had some differences with management but overall they right a good ship most of the complaints you hear are from crazy drunks that get thrown out of act hostile towards women. They are strict about drinks on the dance floor so people dont mess up their dance floor or spill their drinks and someone gets hurts... but overall it wasnt a bad bar to hang out and dance

Great place to go on Thursday nights... You can always find a variety of people, old, young, or gmas.... The crowd is mainly young on Thursdays. Its also the only bar Tulsa that you will still see mullets and hammer pants. Yall come out and see us ya here.

Nice place with a nice dance floor, but they allow smoking which can really make it tough in the atmosphere. I prefer legends...similar dancing space (but better) and a younger crowd with people that just love to dance, with anybody, really.

that Brenda Smith acts like lunatic, her and her lunatic boyfriend have not been there in years. They are socially unacceptable so i am glad the caravan threw them out. It appears that she is little prejudice because they wont let her in

Tulsa locals consider it a "meat market" so beware!!!! Other than that, free cover for ladies, decent price drinks, spacey dance floor.
